My name is Stephanie Morningstar, and I am seeking community support in relation to ongoing harassment, stalking, and public doxing carried out against me by Kultus Nagrand, also known online as “Mellow Taco” / “daddy Taco.”

Due to severe domestic violence in my past — during which my life was nearly taken and my young son was harmed — I legally changed my name for safety reasons. My privacy and security are critical to protecting both myself and my children.

Despite this, Kultus Nagrand has:

Publicly shared (doxed) my legal name and personal information on TikTok
Held multiple live streams and posted repeated videos discussing me
Disclosed my address and information relating to my children

Continued this conduct after a 5-year Intervention Order was granted against him the Intervention Order was issued through Mernda Police Station.

Kultus Nagrand did not contest or attend court to challenge this order, and it was finalized.

Since the order has been in place, he has continued to discuss me publicly and disclose my personal information. I have contacted police multiple times regarding breaches and ongoing concerns for my safety.

I am now being taken to court by Kultus Nagrand, who is alleging that I am running a smear campaign against him. These allegations are false. I have acted only to protect myself and my child from ongoing harassment and intimidation.

This petition is respectfully requesting:

Support from individuals who have witnessed the harassment, threats, live streams, or posts.
Statements, acknowledgment for those who can corroborate the pattern of stalking and public doxing.

Community support to assist with defending myself against these claims.

This petition is not about retaliation. It is about safety, accountability, and protecting a survivor of domestic violence and her child from continued public harassment.
