PETITION FOR AN INQUEST TO FIND MISSING QLD MUM, SANDRINE JOURDAN.

PETITION FOR AN INQUEST TO FIND MISSING QLD MUM, SANDRINE JOURDAN.
The issue
Hello, my name is Nakita. When I was 12 years old, my mother, Sandrine Jourdan, went missing from Caboolture, Queensland on Friday the 13th of July 2012.
She was visiting a friend on Tomlinson Road around 5:00 pm and vanished from the front of his property, leaving her bag and jacket at the gate. My mother had expressed concerns for her safety before she disappeared. From the outset, police deemed my mother had several mental health conditions with little evidence or proof and several years later a Queensland coroner produced a 3-page report handing down an open finding but ruling likely suicide. It completely baffling to our family, how police and the coroner could come to that conclusion of suicide without ever finding my mother’s body.
12 years later, my mother has not been found.
This finding has been devastating for my family, as we feel that the investigation stopped there, leaving us with unanswered questions for the past 12 years. For over a decade, we have wondered where my mum is and where her body might be. My mother was a loving and devoted parent, and her whole world revolved around us children. She would never willingly leave us, and anyone who knew her would attest to this fact. It is inconceivable to us that she would have taken her own life.
After 11 years, we are finally receiving the attention and publicity that my mum's case deserves. Graeme Crowley's podcast "Bring Home Sandrine" Bring Home SANDRINE - Hosted by Graeme CROWLEY (acast.com) and the episode on Under Investigation “The disappearance of Sandrine Jourdan” by Liz Hayes have shed light on my mum's disappearance and the lack of thorough investigation by the Queensland Police. Several experts ranging from Private investigators to psychologists, have found flaws or inconsistences in my mother’s case. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence to suggest that my mother was met with foul play, to understand and see more of the case, you can watch the story here Under Investigation: The vanishing of Sandrine Jourdan (nine.com.au). The Queensland Coroners court has now reopened the case and is considering holding an inquest, offering a glimmer of hope for my family to find closure.
We are reaching out to all Australians for support. We have started a petition to push for an inquest into my mum's disappearance. This year marks 13 years since she went missing, 13 years of sleepless nights and unanswered questions. My mum deserves justice, and with your support, we may be able to make this happen.
By signing this petition, you are agreeing and supporting for an inquest into the disappearance of Sandrine Jourdan. We will be collecting the signatures and writing to the attorney general.
