I have had my Roblox account since 2018. If you play Roblox you know that starting a new account can be difficult because you lose all progress on games you have played for a long time. My birthday on Roblox is set to 6-4-2018 but I'm actually over 13. If your account age is under 13 you can't change it and Roblox customer support will do nothing about it no matter how much proof you have. I will have to wait 9 years to use voice chat and  I don't think I will still be playing Roblox by then. Roblox customer support needs to be more helpful and change people's age. Even if they need proof the option should still be there.
