We all know the sad stories related to COVID-19. We know the situation in our cities, countries, and the whole entire world. We are all part of the house-arrest experience (most of us are). We are doing our part to make this planet more habitable to humans.

Now it is high time that we extend a helping hand to animals – especially caged animals, fishes and birds.

What we have faced as humans, although uncomfortable, is not the worst. Most of us are living with families, have access to medication, and even sources of entertainment (TVs Computers and Phones).

Imagine the hardships that the caged animals face DAILY, for days months and years. They are locked down without any of their families, away from their natural habitat FOREVER. Lions locked in cages and fishes locked in water tanks.

It is time for us to WAKE UP and set them FREE.

We need to educate our children, and make them understand that NO LIFE FORMS, BE IT ANIMALS OR BIRDS OR FISHES, ARE NOT MEANT FOR ENTERTAINMENT. We have no right as humans, to take away someone else’s freedom, or use them for our benefit.

The organizations which are involved in this cruel business will never take the first step. However, if we as parents stop encouraging these industries, then at least we’ll do our part in trying to restore the balance created by Mother Nature.
