Ban pet owners from having their dogs ride in the back of pick up trucks
The Issue
Many dogs have been killed by riding in the back of a pickup either restrained or not. My friend called me hysterically one day because she saw a beagle jump out and get killed by other cars on the freeway. Our pets should be in vehicles in case of an accident where they will be safe.
