In the 10th Update I informed you of Mrs Michelle Brindle’s promotion to Bollin Primary School near Altrincham. Bollin’s is a much larger school than St Thomas’ and carries an OFSTED rating of OUTSTANDING. This is very much a promotion for a truly inadequate individual who felt the need to change her Christian name to Louise in order to secure her new prestigious position. What was she hiding? Our friends at Bollin’s are taking Brindle’s interference in their OUTSTANDING School structure (teacher suspension-Governor resignations) more seriously than St Thomas’ ever did. The Bollin parents have organized themselves well – 150+ strong they have started a Petition and are holding meetings to discuss strategy and plans of action to save their school. Please sign their wonderful and enlightening Petition, which you will find most illuminating and well worth a read. It is a rerun of Mrs Brindle’s awful behaviour at St Thomas’ and more than of passing interest! Incidentally, no communication has been received from Andy Burnham. I apologize for the misspelling of parliament, and wonder how many people did indeed contact the MP. We return to the dilemma of how Brindle was and is able to escape paying for her truly horrific treatment of not only destroying individual people, but schools as well. What I cannot understand is that Bollin Primary School secured a replacement Head Teacher seamlessly, while St Thomas Primary School will in all possibility, only have an Acting Head Teacher in place for a year, which begs the question, why! Is the Acting Head Teacher qualified to be a Head Teacher? Anybody who takes the trouble to read St Thomas CE Junior and Infant School Ofsted rating will note that ‘Early years provision – Requires improvement’. If people cast their minds back to the criminal treatment suffered by the nursery toddles under Mrs Brindle and the School Governors it is entirely predictable you cannot abuse kiddies and then expect them not to be affected by such a Judas-kiss! Please refer back to Petition Updates Edmund Burke said that: ‘For evil to flourish it is only necessary for good people to do nothing’! After Wigan Legal Department sent me the LETTER BEFORE ACTION dated 13/07/2016 (much against my better judgement on 10/01/2017) I phoned the solicitor at Wigan LA who dealt with it to ask for assistance. My only objective throughout this whole experience has been to try and right the wrongs of Mrs Brindle’s horrendous regime. Like all the rest of Wigan Council’s Departments they don’t appear to be interested in Natural Justice. The lady’s answer was: “We don’t deal with vigilantes who go off on their own”. All I can say is that the conversation was less than cordial! I suppose in hindsight I should have had more sense than to expect any other outcome; the establishment always stick together regardless, whether right or wrong. We can read about the progress of the ‘Bollin Parent Engagement Group’ from updates on their well supported Petition; good luck to them. I will post another Update when I have more information.
