Party Bus /Limo owners and chauffeur petition

Peace be upon all of us.

It is well known to those of us who live in Las Vegas and are in the Limosine/

transportation business that our insurance premiums have risen every year. The

declining transportation revenue in Las Vegas is directly affected by un-licensed/illeagal

drivers and operators. This problem has caused a significant number of Party Bus/Limo

owners to go out of business. It is very clear the damage this causes to the livelyhood

of drivers and their families.

Therefore, before the problem worsens and each of us leaves the transportation

business, let’s stop and think how to make our insurance premiums affordable. Many

of us have discussed the idea of contacting Nevada lawmakers to find a solution to

various problems in our industry, as suggested by a fellow business owner, we need to

discuss and meet via teleconference, expanding this idea and adding other business

owners. Everyone in our industry is invited.
