Pardon Ephraim Ed Rosenberg: A "Case" of Corporate Abuse and DOJ Overreach. Injustice

Pardon Ephraim Ed Rosenberg: A "Case" of Corporate Abuse and DOJ Overreach. Injustice
The Issue
In 2020, I was named the lead defendant in a $100 million DOJ “bribery case" that made no sense—because of one misunderstood email I received. After years of building ASGTG into the go-to platform for honest Amazon sellers, I was dragged into something I had no part in (aside from the notes, which I apologize for and also made ZERO sense).
The part of the indictment that mentioned me was flat-out wrong, missing the forest and the trees, and everything in between. Amazon appears to have knowingly misled the DOJ—grouping me with known bad actors and using its corporate power to push through a narrative that no one even stopped to fact-check.
The absence of any community support speaks volumes about the absurdity of the claim. Seller Reaction.
Amazon appeared to have used this indictment as a weapon to try to take down ASGTG and silence me for respectfully calling out how Amazon sometimes mistreats legitimate sellers. And they did it knowing that no ordinary citizen could withstand the combined pressure of Amazon, the DOJ, and the national media—regardless of the facts. No actual cohesive case was ever presented.
The DOJ didn’t go after real fraud. They followed Amazon’s absurd referral—one that failed to separate by-the-book rule-followers from the worst offenders on the marketplace. What followed was years of humiliation, millions in legal costs, and lasting damage for something I didn’t do. It felt like a modern-day blood libel.
I was ultimately forced into a probation "plea", based on vague metrics that could incriminate every experienced seller. No justice system should operate like this.
This was not justice. It was an abuse of power—and a cautionary tale of what happens when corporations manipulate a system with no oversight. I invite you to review the facts and support my petition for a presidential pardon. I’m happy to answer any questions.
