This is Petition is to warrant the right for girls at Grace Lutheran College to be able to wear Tailored trousers along with the current Skirt and Dress Option. We want Tailored Pants that are tailored to fit the Female Body. No Employer can tell women to wear a Skirt so why should Schools.

There are laws that also back me the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 says you cannot discriminate against a person’s gender identity but by Grace Lutheran College not allowing girls to wear pants is discrimination as the pure reason that they cannot wear pants is because they are female. This is discrimination and goes against this Act.

No employee in Australia can tell a woman to wear a dress so why should schools be allowed to.
