Open a Greggs in Dublin

Open a Greggs in Dublin
The Issue
Greggs sausage rolls; the pinnacle of human invention, and yet, they are kept from the good people of Dublin.
Did you ever go up the north or to England and get a sausage roll out of Greggs? They're unbelievable. You can actually buy them frozen in Iceland, but it isn't the same.
This one time, yeah, I was coming home from Belfast and I was unbelievably hungover (I think I'd been drinking for about 36 hours,) and I got not one, not three, but two sausage rolls because of how nice they are. It didn't cure my hangover, but it was lovely.
However, I had to bid farewell to the famous sausage roll once we crossed the border (actually they were both probably ate well before Lisburn) because there is not a single Greggs shop in the 26 counties.
Frankly, it is a disgrace that you have to travel to Newry if you want a Greggs sausage roll. Nobody should have to travel to Newry, full stop.
For this reason and more, I am calling on Greggs to open a shop in Dublin. Other reasons include:
- Genuinely, it's the best sausage roll ever. It makes Supervalu sausage rolls taste like sandpaper.
- They'd definitely sell loads. I'd buy loads anyway.
- I know they're Brits, but they make a good sausage roll.
I once had a nice donut out of Greggs in Wales as well, but don't mind that, keep the focus on the sausage rolls.
I would honestly rather have a Greggs than the NHS.
