I was contacted by Ontario Green Savings's call center a few months ago about a program that they were running in Ontario. I was told that I could receive some rebates by upgrading to high-efficiency products and I accepted to conduct an assessment with them.

1. The next day a middle age and a young man showed up to my house a bit late for their appointment which they explained how caught up they have been.
2. I let them in, they looked at my thermostat and offered to replace it for free with a Nest. Then they asked to see my furnace and I sent them to the basement. They conducted an assessment and then looked at my consumption on my bills.
3. They told me I can change my old furnace with a new one on their cost-neutral program that was a recently incentivized initiative. I agreed and everything was smooth until they came for the installation. Once they saw the age of the old furnace they knew they had to do lots of fo work but they did it anyway. 

This happened back in 2019 and since then I have done a maintenance call with them and they have been pretty good. I'd give them 8 out of 10 for such a new company that somehow has been listed as a fastest growing company in Canada.

I'm not sure why some reviews are bad but they don't seem to be from the customers of Ontario Green Savings and from angry people. I honestly think they are worth the shot, they earned my business.
