I'm Dawn Fairbee owner at Northeast Ohio Pet Placements & Rescue Services of Lorain County located in Lorain County, Ohio. I'm looking too pass an animal abuse offenders registration in the name of a special dog Mark. Mark was one the best dogs I ever rescued and adopted. I'm here too advocate Mark's story. We need stricter laws against sex offenders on parole buying or adopting animals. In 2007, Mark was a six month old puppy brought by Ohio sex offender Ben Deangelo. He abused Mark beat him with his leash, neglected proper potty training, installed a traumatic amount of fear and induced panic on this dog by holding him cage captive for hours on end and beating up on and kicking his cage over and over again on a daily basis. He would beat him for going potty inside the trailer, for taking the insoles out of criminal offender Ben Deangelo's shoes, for eating his food not his dog food or just too abuse him.
