We are requesting Ofcom to launch a formal investigation into the runnings of Virgin media, their outages and the lack of support, and financial assistance to customers during frequent outages, throughout the current ongoing global crisis. 

we all know that virgin media is outright the most expensive provider in the country, but unfortunately for some, like myself it’s our only option for connecting to the internet. Especially in London. 

we pay between £50 and £140 a month for services and we are NOT getting them! Virgin media are refusing to compensate, terminate contracts or help their customers in anyway possible and they are getting away with it! This needs to change!!
