Lower grade boundaries on A2 OCR Ethics exam paper - June 2016
The Issue
The June 2016 OCR ethics exam paper listed 4 incoherently worded questions with reference to things that are barely mentioned in the specification. The questions are therefore not testing knowledge of theories, philosophers, arguments etc. and are instead testing your ability on how to understand questions, so it is not representative of the hardwork that's been put in. The subject is heavy and abstract enough as it is, so complicated exam questions are a massive kick in the teeth.
