US Attorney General, Eric Holder is now on board with the Obama Administration to act on the over crowding of prisons across the nation. Attorney Holder states, they now " will be charged with offenses for which the accompanying sentences are better suited to their individual conduct, rather than excessive prison terms more appropriate for violent crimes or drug kingpins." Holder goes on to say, "unwanted disparities are far too common."
