In my experience of letter writing it’s replying to correspondence with either a negative response, pass the buck or simply the code of silence. Unfortunately, it appears they have problems addressing matters of which are concern to the general public.

Albeit, one exception to the rule was the former Treasurer now our Prime Minister The Hon. Scott Morrison. At an impromptu meeting with the Hon. Scott Morrison, I was given the opportunity to express my concerns of the irregularities surrounding Adam Cecil’s death.  Subsequent to that meeting, I was invited to forward documentation supporting my accusations.  This I did on 26 July, 2017 whilst attending the Hon. Scott Morrison’s Cronulla office and handing over a white binder which included my document ADAM CECIL Glebe Ref. 1263/05 – Judicial Irregularities along with supporting documentation.

The Hon. Scott Morrison then made representation to the Attorney General Mark Speakman SC MP on my behalf. With reference to an undated letter that I received from the Hon. Mark Speakman via the Hon. Scott Morrison, his recommendation was to pass the buck and lodge a complaint with the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) which to date, has resulted in the code of silence.
