Rudi Gericke appeared in court with his advocate, Willem Edeling, and attorney Morkel Venter.

The application for discharge has been denied. 

Court adjourned until 09:30 am on 20/02/2024.

The long road to hopefully having Rudi committed and opening the door to everyone else involved in all the alleged crimes Rudi and his partners have allegedly committed is not yet over.
