Adobe Mountain School has no oversite. They basically police themselves. So they do whatever they want. If you complain they just make up excuses or ignore you

Once a child is in the system there is no one on the outside that can advocate for them. Judges can not check on them.

Their is no  mental health treatment for these kids.

The doctors there are the bottom of the barrel 

They Dont follow their own policies

They are put in solitary confinement.

The guards there have a high turnaround. 

James M Mapp is the legal administrator. He's also in charge of the juvenile ombudsman. He's suppose to make sure the juvenile rights are not violated.But he disregards the law just like he did in El Mirage he violated ordinances and he overcharged people while he was a Judge He was eventually fired from his job as a judge. If he can't handle traffic laws how is he suppose to be in charge of legal matters that involve juveniles. 

Governor Ducey needs to investigate and make changes. So please sign this petition and help be a voice for the young boys and girls who are non violent offenders. They need proper mental health treatment, medication and the proper therapy.
