We should be celebrating, path to Victory. 

Instead, we are failing voiceless animals daily. More and more are Killed. 

ZERO media attention.  No celebrity spokesperson to expose tragedy. 

NEW AGENDA.   

Convince our Politicians to Revise laws in NYS, every state. 

Replace Kill pounds with Humane Animal Control.  More cost effective! 

System can be changed, quickly, when we hire professional Lobbyists. 

According to every animal lawyer I have consulted with, we will not succeed suing NYC ACC, or any Kill pound anywhere, for silent kills, drug overdoses, ignoring minimum stray hold, spay-neuter-kill policy, and other abuses.  The latest knowledgeable attorney advised me, we need to CHANGE THE LAWS, starting with:  Dogs & Cats are NOT property; they are sentient beings with feelings, emotions.   

Top of Agenda is hire LOBBYISTS; professionals who know who the right people are to contact, and how to get laws passed.  Shut down kill shelters overnight, in favor of Humane Animal Control.  Hiring Lobbyists takes money, and that is the challenge.
