NYC ACC has a long history of Corruption, Greed, Animal Abuse.  

Going on for decades.

They are a kill pound, not shelter, where assembly line killing is their first choice.

They kill: puppies, kittens, seniors, owner surrenders, strays and even pets!

NYC ACC does NOT OBEY 72 hour MANDATORY STRAY HOLD.  They kill within hours, leaving pet owner no time to claim their beloved pet. Pet is DEAD!

They ignore existing LAW, and guess what? There is no PUNISHMENT.
