Photo of sweet, handsome, young 'Dubba'.  He was murdered last week by Brooklyn ACC, for no good reason. They tagged him to die the day he came in, along with many other dogs. Time to join forces, take organized action. Nothing will happen with changing the HIGH KILL RATE at the NYC ACC, in all 5 boroughs, until it is legally forced upon them. It is unacceptable to MURDER HEALTHY DOGS, while getting paid to continue, with no restrictions. Shelter profits from selling cadaver dog bodies, carried away in black plastic bags, dumped like garbage.
 Take away the generous city funding, and the ACC shelters will change their methods. Pass overdue laws, to update outdated rules. The city pays them large amount of money, and the buildings are filthy, filled with fearful animals, smell of DEATH in the air. ACC neuters and spays in conjunction with the ASPCA, when dog is already scheduled to DIE a day or two later. Dogs are put thru profitable surgery and pain, all in the name of money. ASPCA and ACC are willing partners in this travesty, unconcerned about pain and suffering of DEATH ROW dogs. How are we allowing this? WHERE IS THE EXPOSURE? THIS IS EXPLOSIVE NEWS! Time for heads to roll. Being patient has not worked. Why does everybody involved, who is kind and caring, accept this rigged system?                                                                    Who is ready to shed light on these ACC dark, disgusting, death traps in NYC, Brooklyn, and Staten Island? Researched last night, going back to 2015. Shameful. We are one of the WORST CITY SHELTER SYSTEMS IN THE COUNTRY!! Over 20% KILL RATE, and that is a low conservative estimate.
