NYC. USA. URGENT ALERT. Where is NYC ACC punishment????

Pounds ignoring mandatory 72 hour STRAY HOLD. KILLING PETS PREMATURELY. When owners come to claim their missing pet at shelter, they are already DEAD!! We must seek legal counsel, to enforce existing laws. This is flagrant abuse. Not acceptable!!

Petition started in honor of Dubba, killed for no good reason, while he waited for a loving home. Breaks my heart to view his sweet hopeful face. His life mattered! As do all the other dogs and cats killed almost daily, by NYC ACC extermination factory.

Not one media person has been brave enough to expose tragedy at 3 NYC ACC kill pounds. They are now ignoring the 72 hour stray hold, that is a law!!! When we get more supporters who present a united front, actively seek Media attention, to promote importance of preserving animal lives, only then will assembly line killings stop, in NYC, NYS, and in every state. It takes legal pressure, lobbyists and unwavering determination, to pass laws making it illegal to KILL ANIMALS, when adoption is a more economical option of 'animal control'.

It also takes funding, unless we are fortunate enough to find a pro bono Attorney, with a kind heart and sharp mind.
