NYC. 4/15/22.  Petition Synopsis. Started 10/17/21:  bit.ly/2YnxyAw        For those who may not know, my reason for starting petition was in honor of sweet Dubba (pictured here).  I was horrified to learn he was killed for no good reason, while his brother, Prime, was spared.  They were both brought into Brooklyn NYC ACC together.  Dubba's life mattered too!  Why was he murdered?  The rescue could have saved both dogs; chose not to.

6 months, 6,028 supporters.  We need greater commitment, dedication and teamwork from every supporter, to win this battle.  It is voluntary and your choice, whether petition will reach Victory.  I am completely devoted to saving animal lives.  Are you?  Search your soul. My 3 part WISH LIST:  NYC ACC Board of Directors must go!  NYC ACC must be audited.  Celebrity Spokesperson must be found.

Details:  1.  NYC ACC Board of Directors must be removed.  Why are they permanent fixtures?  Who allows them to remain overpaid dictators, giving kill orders for their pleasure?  How long are their term limits, or is it a lifetime position, like the U.S. Supreme Court?  If they were appointed, they can be eliminated, which will require legal intervention.  

2.  NYC ACC must be audited, to determine how many sets of accounting records they keep.  What is an accurate picture, listing all their sources of income?  Where is the money being spent?  Certainly not on the animals!  Why are millions of dollars unaccounted for?  How are the dead dogs and cats disposed of? Sold for profit or not?  NYC ACC must be scrutinized for corrupt accounting practices.  They must be audited for unauthorized financial transactions.  Detailed audit will also require legal intervention. They will not disclose voluntarily.  

3.  Must find Celebrity Spokesperson, to publicize and promote NO KILL legislation in NYS.  SARA bill, pending in Albany, NY, must become law, as foundation for final goal:  No Kill statewide.  Please help us succeed.  Volunteer to be our much needed Spokesperson now!
