The ACC is not a SHELTER. It's a POUND. The ACC kills animals based on arbitrary deadlines, convenience, and subjectivity. It's not a shelter if it kills salvable pets based on arbitrary deadlines - it's a pound. It's completely misleading for the ACC to call itself a shelter or a 'Care' Center.
