Is it time for us to be our own Media, with BILLBOARDS and FLYERS saturating the city?  Mega publicity push, exposing the cruel, abusive and downright sadistic operations of the 3 shelters operated by NYC will shock many.  It will take dedication, determination, and donations of labor and materials. A project of this magnitude needs saturation levels of supporters with a team spirit. I'm requesting your feedback.  Are we in this together?   Arlene Millman

Secondly, of great importance, we need to focus support on the SARA bill, coming up for a vote in Albany, NY.  Until we become a NO KILL State, this Shelter Animal Reform Act will help protect shelter animals from abuse and murder.  Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC) routinely kill adoptable dogs.  They are the voiceless victims of sadistic cruelty.
