Some are having pan india presence and many are having local presence.

This app based cab companies are actully 100% in customer service hence to take customer problems some of them are having customer care numbers and Emergency number to avoid any misshapen which is now days happening.

Many cab companies are neither having customer care number nor emergency number, worst part is "BIGGEST INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE COMPANY IS NOT HAVING TOO" THAT IS UBER.

And from last 6-12 months due to there hunger of money they and there drivers taking INDIANS AS GRANTED.

Worst attitude of Driver, { THEY MISS BEHAVE AND RUDE, MANY TIME THEY FORCE FULLY DROP PASSENGER MID WAY / WRONG PLACE AND CHARGE TO CUSTOMER WITH INSULT. Several complaints are floating on social media may be at least a million {approx} .

Complaint handling of UBER is pathatic and it is not at all spontaneous, first u have pay and get down andvthen only 2 ways of complaint 1. There App 2. Social media , after complaint is cab company mercy what and when they decided and mostly they decided in there favour or drivers favour, mostly customer get cheated.

Cabs are used 24x7 and it is safety concern of passengers and specially female passengers.

There should be mandatory CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND STANDARD NORMS.
