The government has confirmed the fourth infection who has contracted this week.And the number of infection may be increased after patients exposed before knowing their incubation period.

The second case and the third case have been showing strong evidence of Covid-19 spreading similar as happen in China at the very first beginning. 

According to the National Health commission of China, and  <The Lancet>, the National sciences and medical magazine.On 10 Dec 2019, 41 patients have been confirmed that have contracted with unknowing pneumonia symptoms. And lately 7 of them have passed away.Scientists and epidemiologist have been found 14 infected patients have non contact history with others. Since 1 December 2019 to 5 January 2020, there were 51 cases been confirmed have ‘unknowing’ pneumonia systems. And neither of them showing infection contact relative to the first found patient that happen in 1 Dec,2019.

On 12 Jan,2020.Millions of people in Wuhan, are gathering together to sharing foods and gatherings together to celebrate Chinese New years traditional activities. On 21 January, there were been confirmed and reported 15 doctors and nurses been confirmed that they have been contracted with Novel coronavirus after they have been worked close with contracted patients. Then the outbreak of human transmission and families transmission have started. 

Until now, the worlds scientists and epidemiologist are still working hard on found out Novel coronavirus origins, when is the actual first case, and the gene of mutation form and have found that Novel coronavirus are highly variable and high contagious.  We still can’t confirm where were this virus come from and it may could come from anywhere of the worlds base on the gene evidence and the speed of worlds spread. And up to date in the worlds, there were 17924 contracted infection, 340 dead, 1743 cured.  Excluding China. There are still no medication and vaccines for this virus, and the patients whom cured from intensive illness of this virus may case permanent lung damage.

I am glad that New Zealand have following the warning of WHO and also New Zealand Ministry of health, trying the best to against the virus. But in my point of view, there are still have lot of criticism on WHO when H1N1 outbreak back on 2009. The underestimated on this virus may depth to a massive outbreak in New Zealand. This will definitely causing worried.

Petitions and solution 

1.The government should keep pace with the times and global regarding COVID-19.Transparent of worlds situation regarding of the COVID-19. The rate and speed of the spread, and the causing infection within the worlds up to date. Let people known what we dealing of and how prepare our government dealing with.This is a brand new virus different than the SARS and MERS, and others.  The result of damage would be unknown at this stage. 

2.New Zealand border from now on should check every single person’s temperature when they entering the border, manually. Custom officer and airport officer should wear full protection during the work. Mask, gloves and so on are necessary. Whom ever enter with Higher than 37.5* temperature should be hold and have next examinations. Telling the arrival be prepared for isolation before the they plan to flight to NZ.

3.STRICT isolate when arrived. All arrival to the country must be strictly isolate for 14 days. Traveler prepare to extend visa including 14 days isolation time or back to where they from. We could runs volunteers to delivery basic goods to the isolation people with fully protection.Helping them to get through the isolation time.During the 14 days period, isolation should be no ‘face to face’ contact with others to prevent spread at incubation period.

4.Government should get close interact with school, trying their best to protect young generations health.School should strict isolate for 14 days period, and carefully screen on students, relative families, school worker whom ever have out country travelled history lately. School deputy should keep close eyes on students whom ever have any symptoms. Once have suspected symptoms, school should have well doing sterilization for the whole school. And rest of contract students should be stay home for period of observation.

5.Health care workers should be warn to wear protection during work. Resources material of virus protection should be save it for health care workers, and government have responsibilities to put their in the first secure position. Try to separate the department between injury and fever/cough/vomit temporary during the epidemic spreading. Avoid and reduce the cross infection. Like now it is the time

6.During the high spread and not strict isolation period.  Government should STOP the mass gathering as soon as possible. Including parades and celebrations and conference. It is a very necessary and important way to reduce the risk of spread.
Prepare special isolation site. For whom ever have light symptoms, should NOT stayed home by themselves to causing diseases run in other family members.
