Navoo Station Homeowners are losing home value and equity due to the lack of management of our HOA dues, landscaping, and budget. 

if we do not bring change to our community, and change Navoo Station HOA Management company we will soon become a community that people stay away from. We have one of the highest dues and worst landscaping, we are constantly told “committees are being formed”, “we don’t have the finances”, and to “submit cases online”. Isn’t this our managements job Per our HOA contract agreement? 

Now is our time to act & tell our board members that we want a new HOA Management team as well as a new landscape company. Voting time for board members is just around the corner and we have had another year of no changes.
