Stop the rezoning of Beckwith Pointe Beach Club

The Issue

Beckwith Pointe is more than just a business, it's a second home to many. Located on the New Rochelle shoreline it has been a vacation spot for many families every summer. Everyone is like extended families with each other. There are members that range between 1 year of membership to close to 40 years dating back to the old Beach and Tennis Club prior to Beckwith. Many families live locally from Westchester, Connecticut and many also come from the Bronx. All choose to spend their summers in New Rochelle because of the beach front and views Beckwith has to offer. Many people have had parties from birthday, christening's, banquets, weddings, etc.. Many great memories were made at Beckwith Pointe throughout the years. This Petition is to show that we are against the rezoning of the property for multi-family housing. Let's show New Rochelle & ownership that many people do care what happens to this property!
