This petition is put forth to clarify the uncertainity of B. Ed programme under Kannur University for the academic batch 2019-21.
Due to this Covid 19 Pandemic situation,  our third semester internship has not yet started as the schools are closed and reopening of them is a matter of uncertainty. At present we are having online classes for a single paper in the third semester.
Our second semester B.Ed exam, which were scheduled to take place in April, is not over yet.
The university had made it clear that our exams would have to be cancelled if the covid-19 expansion came to a head. But to do so, we need the permission of NCTE. Now the situation here is very bad.
In this case, We humbly request the NCTE to allow cancellation of our B.Ed examination as well as if there is a decision on the part of the University to cancel the exam.
Similarly, there are doubts among the students as to whether our B.Ed course will be completed within two years. Concerns are even being raised as to whether the course duration will be extended. Therefore, We kindly request you to take necessary steps to complete the course in the given academic year itself
