Animals are being regularly abused in India for no reasons, they are killed for food and sacrifice for worships. All concerned legislation's are toothless and ineffective to control animal cruelty and failed to minimize the stress, pain and injury to these speechless animals, where as animals also have feelings like human beings.

To protect all living creatures other than human beings, a National Commission for Animal Rights and their Welfare became needs of hours.
