The rights of an individual are susceptible to unreasonable abuse in traffic fine violations due to the fact that the municipalities are delaying in notifying the motorists when a fine is levied upon them. As would be the case when confronted upon a traffic stop "on the spot" notification would occur when being cited by a policeman. Presently it takes at least 3 weeks to transpire which enables the Twp. Municipalities to get a violator multiple times thus maximizing on each fine collected for repeated violations. I am for getting a "Responsive Notification Act Enforced" to make the municipalities notify violators within 3 days of receipt on offenses listed.
