On the 8th floor of our building , live about 18 dogs and cats trapped in a flat . Not only that, they are in total , trapped in cages . A caretaker comes once a day , feeds them , cleans the house and leaves. This cannot be allowed. Whenever someone knocks on the door , they shout and scream at the top on their voices. The purpose of keeping them trapped is occupancy , so that no one can claim their flat. Alsatians , Labradors , Golden Retrievers and Great Dens live there . They are not meant to be trapped . The house is rented by their owners. CBI is already involved in the case. The purpose of this petition is to negotiate their freedom and make them free for adoption. They definitely deserve a better life than this. Where is Humanity? How have we managed to become so ruthless? 

I have seen them trapped in there for 11 yrs (since our family moved here). They are innocent prisoners . Ever tried looking into a dog's grateful eyes ? When they are sad , their eyes make me cry. Ever played with cats or pet them? They will keep on following you till they get something interesting or good to eat from you. They are adorable . 

Please sign this petition if you are in favour of negotiating their freedom and giving them better homes and lives , because that is what they deserve.
