Please read this update in full to know how our politicians are failing to act on documented corruption and cover ups. Mr. Morrison is allegedly one of them.
It is in the news that the former Prime Minister and member for Cook electorate the Honourable Scott Morrison MP is planning to leave politics in the near future. If this happens, it will force a by-election in Cook costing taxpayers enormous amount of money.
Our system of government allows this conduct of MPs when the opportunistic Members of Parliament decide to leave at their will when it suits them. They put their hands up to get elected to serve the people of their electorates and when they lose elections and their previous positions, they lose interest in serving the same people that elected them. This is very common and needs a serious review is my view.
I have serious concerns that Mr. Morrison failed to address corruption and cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials. Today, I am providing documentary evidence of my letters to the Prime Minister on the “Contact your PM” facility. Mr. Morrison was the Prime Minister at the time.
I provided my updates on Change.org platform to my petition to Ms Christine Holgate to the former Prime Minister. Except for the automated responses that my letters are received there was no other response at all. There was no indication that my letters were passed on to other Minister/s for consideration. It was just a silence after silence after silence and no action at all.
I want to share my letters to Mr. Morrison with the people of Australia to see how my family was treated by this PM. His many predecessors were no different. His successor the Hon Anthony Albanese MP has failed to respond as well.
It is important to note that both Mr. Morrison and Mr. Albanese criticised Ms. Holgate for gifting Cartier watches to four employees of Australia Post costing $19950 at the time. When they saw my concerns about the unacceptable conduct Ms Holgate and also that of Mr. Fahour, they remained silent and continue to remain silent.
Now please read my following three letters to the former PM the Hon. Scott Morrison MP.
They are dated 28 March 2022, 19 February 2022 and 23 May 2021.

I have contacted you many times but you have never responded to my contact with you on this "Contact your PM" facility.
The following is the link to my latest update to my petition to Ms Christine Holgate. She never responded to my letters and then left with immediate effect. She blames you for leaving her job at Australia Post at every opportunity.
She did not leave her job for gifting Cartier watches at all is my view. She was sitting on documented corruption and cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials for the entire period of three years she was MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.

I am seeking a meeting with you because democratic processes used to get the truth out and to get justice have failed so far. This is happening in our democracy for the past over 15 and a half years. How is this possible when you say "Nobody is above the law"?
This matter has adversely affected my family for all these years. I was Indian citizen when this happened. Now I am Australian Citizen from 2008.
Can you please get this matter raised in the Parliament? We cannot tolerate any corruption in this GBE that is ongoing from June 2006.

This is to inform you that I have been fighting for justice for my family from June 2006. Below is my latest update for you to take action and raise this in the parliament.

If you want the people of this country to trust you then you will need to earn that trust. Trust once lost will be hard to restore.
My fight started since Australia Post officials decided to cover up corruption and crimes where my name is used on Indonesian Passport that they accepted to provide the criminals to redirect our mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney. Once they realised the blunder, they were required to help us to sort it out. Instead, they have continued to cover up this matter for over 15 and a half years. They have not given me the envelope with my name and cheque inside from June 2006. It is my mail. They have breached their own rules in regards to delivering of my mail.
Successive governments have failed to act and have allowed our democracy to suffer. The people that have access to my letters to PM have not responded to my letters. They could be helping the criminals by their silence is highly likely.
I need a voice and a meeting with you because this matter has to be resolved. Ms Holgate resigned with immediate effect. The corruption and crimes she ignored while in the top job of MD & Group CEO of Australia Post deserve full scale investigations and this also applies to her predecessor Mr Ahmed Fahour.
You say nobody is above the law. Well, why not test this starting with the Australia Post officials. We own Australia Post. Just resigning and making a run should never allow people to get away from their documented wrongdoings is my view.
I need an urgent response from you to this letter and my many previous letters as well. I hope you will realise that it will not matter if you win or lose the next election. Non-response to my letters will go on the permanent records.

I am of Indian origin. I came to Australia on an employer nomination due to shortage of people like me in the Textile Industry. I am here from November 1985 with my family. I am in the Textile Manufacturing from 1976. I have trained many people in Australia very successfully that had no knowledge at all of the fabric manufacturing.
When I became Australian Citizen, I gave up my Indian Citizenship. Australia is my country from 1985. I work hard, very hard, extremely hard all the time to educate, train and also manage a business so that this industry is not wiped out from our country for ever.
Now I come to the point where my family has been suffering from June 2006 due to unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials. I was informed by Mr Steve Gabell and Ms Roslyn of Australia Post that someone used fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID to Redirect my entire family's mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name in Haymarket in the heart of Sydney city back in June 2006.
They also told me and my sons that there was an envelope addressed to me with a cheque inside that had a wrong house number 38 with other address correct. The Postman took it back to Mr Gabell saying "NO SUCH ADDRESS" as the houses in Randolph Street where we live end at 21.
The fraudulent/criminal activity was identified and within two days after that the cover ups started and have never ended.
The three successive Managing Directors and CEOs of Australia Post allegedly took part in the cover ups and failed to address the matter. The recent ones are Mr Fahour, Ms Holgate and the silence on the cover ups is now continued by Ms Rodney Boys who is the current Acting MD & CEO of Australia Post.
I used every democratic process in Australia that was available to get a resolution and that process has still NOT stopped.
It is very hard to accept that the democracy in our country has failed to get a resolution. Politicians from all sides of politics have ignored this matter and have failed to raise it in the parliament despite my numerous requests.
What I need from you is very simple. Please give me a meeting to hear me first hand as others have failed, including all your predecessors in the last 15 years. They all have quit politics and the two of them have now realised that our democracy is hit with a cancer. When I told them this, they ignored me while in office. Fortunately, it is all documented.
Ms Holgate's resignation and Mr Fahour's resignation has nothing to do with the well-publicised baseless reasons they provided. Mr Fahour said seven years was too long for being a CEO when his predecessor was in that position for around 15 years. Ms Holgate resigned with IMMEDIATE EFFECT after her paths to make a run from the corruption and crimes covers ups came to a dead end is my view.
She had no courage to respond to my letters and did not take any action on the cover ups that were put before her. She was given a voice in the Senate by the select few Senators that have failed to respond to my numerous concerns about Australia Post including Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour for number of years. These Senators have no regard to my serious concerns about Ms Holgate and then they have become her mouth piece in the Senate. The same Senators have ignored me all along and then are helping Ms Holgate in every possible way despite Ms Holgate's unacceptable gross misconduct of remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups is known to them.
Due to the failures of the due processes to get justice and resolution to my ID Theft I started a Petition to Ms Holgate on Change.org platform. That petition is now signed and supported by 28,575 people from every corner of Australia.
My family has been placed in perpetual psychological torture by those that want to keep the matters covered up for ever. Many are past and present employees of Australia Post. There are many people outside of Australia Post as well that are involved in the cover ups.
Please give me a meeting in Sydney to please listen to me. Monday or Friday are the most suitable days for me as I work away from home during the week.
This matter must be resolved. It will require Australia Post officials to come up with the REAL DOCUMENTS involved in this matter. I am entitled to have them. Australia Post officials have provided to me many falsified documents certified by a JP where that JP was the State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW. His name is Mr Alan Barwick. He left Australia Post long ago. The investigator in this matter was Mr Don Kane. He still works for Australia Post but does not respond to my letters and does not give me the copies of the REAL documents involved that were handed over to him by Mr Gabell.
This is an unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and our country and must be resolved and fully investigated.
Due to the failures of the due processes followed by me without getting a resolution it is important for you to look at the toxic culture in Australia Post and also in the Parliament House where many people there had a good opportunity to help and assist me rather than protecting the people in Australia Post by sending me brush off letters.
Please see that this matter is addressed immediately. You do not have to go anywhere to see the documented corruption and cover ups because many documents are already shared on Change.org platform and they are also available on Google.

I have decided to fight for justice because I want our country to become corruption free and free society. Our international standing on corruption perception is not improving. With such a small population why we cannot eradicate corruption? Why our institutions are coming under spotlight for corruption all the time?
Prime Minister, please do not ignore this matter as I am not going anywhere. The people with deep pockets are NOT above the law and that includes Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour.
It was their responsibility and duty to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values. They have failed and that failure was not a mistake. It was deliberate, calculated and intentional alleged abuse of power and authority is my view. Mr Fahour and his team also covered up a death of my contact person where the cause of that death is suicide.
If you can start an investigation on $20,000 spent on Cartier watches by Ms Holgate so quickly then why not start a full-scale investigation on the money spent, resources used, legal expertise used, falsified documented creation and use, FOI Act violations, cheating, lying, manipulations, fabrications, travel costs by Australia Post officials over a nearly FIFTEEN years period.
Please tell me Prime Minister what have we done wrong in Australia to be treated this way for this long?
No one is ready to tell us if there is any connection with my ID Theft with Randwick City Council where my wife was an employee and she was fighting against her poor treatment by her employer.
I asked this to many people including the Investigator Don Kane but he never responds. Who was caught within 48 hours? Why the cover ups that are not ending?
We have been taught from our childhood that the "TRUTH ALONE TRIUMPHS". I hope you know that in Sanskrit language is "Satyameva Jayate” and is the integral part of the Indian national emblem.
This fight for justice has exposed many big names in our country and that cannot be ignored by anyone.
If you say "NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW" then why not start from Australia Post officials as we all own Australia Post to see how the corruption cancer was allowed to spread by these officials.

My above letters were ignored by Mr. Morrison over all these years. The trust is lost. He lost the election as the people of this nation decided not to give him another chance to remain as the PM. He was elected by the people of Cook as their member of parliament and that is for them to decide.
My family wants justice and the truth and that process to get justice and the truth out will not stop. Numerous senior officials of Australia Post have left their lucrative jobs after failing to act on this matter and many that are still with Australia Post fail to respond to my letters. This results in the continuation of the cover ups and protecting the wrongdoers. This is against the rules of Australia Post and their own Ethical Standards.
We all are responsible to keep the business that we all own as the citizens of this country corruption free. That is this Australia Post. If you know anyone in Australia Post or you are a former or current employee of Australia Post please stand up and denounce this corruption and cover ups.

Please look at Robo debt and what is coming to light. The most vulnerable people were asked to return the money paid to them and the process used to do that is now found as illegal.
What about the illegal activities of Australia Post officials and the conduct of their protectors in the Parliament House? Who will stand up in the parliament to say enough is enough?
This matter will need people power to get it resolved because those that get paid to give voice to the people of this nation have all failed and failed dismally over all these years.
They are our politicians that have the responsibility to keep our democracy alive and well. Not a single politician has put his or her hand up and said NO to corruption in this matter. They come from every side of politics. The time has come to expose those that have a direct responsibility to raise this matter in the parliament and give me a voice. That process to name the politicians may start with the documentary evidence of my letters they ignored. I requested representation in the parliament and to give me a voice. They all feed on our money-the taxpayers’ money and then remain silent when the highest-level corruption is put before them. Then they want the Commonwealth Integrity Commission despite the corruption put before them is black and white.
My request to everyone in Australia is to join hands to stop corruption in any form and anywhere.
Millions of innocent people are losing their identities and they will eventually suffer if they remain silent. All those that are not yet affected could be affected anytime if we allow the degradation of our democracy by saying nothing about the documented corruption.
Please note that there are many people in Australia Post that are aware of the truth and everyone may not remain silent for ever is my view. Many of their direct bosses have left Australia Post jobs and internally many will know who did what and when to cover up this matter is my view. I hope they will break their silence soon.
Please help us to get justice because that will help millions of people in our country either directly or indirectly and there will be a cultural change of not hiding the corruption and crimes.
