Today I am sharing my letter I wrote to Mr. Gerry Harvey and his wife Ms. Katie Page of Harvey Norman when they decided to join hands with Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Latitude Financial Services. Mr. Fahour has just left Latitude yesterday. As per the news Mr. Fahour was to continue till August 2023 but his last day at Latitude was 31 March 2023. Why was his departure from Latitude brought forward by months needs to be investigated.
Fourteen million Latitude customers’ records are stolen under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed Fahour who was the CEO of Latitude Financial Services
Mr. Fahour allegedly covered up my Identity theft information and records that are with Australia Post from June 2006. Mr. Fahour, for almost the entire seven years he was the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post, failed to resolve my concerns about the ongoing unacceptable conduct of many Australia Post employees involved in the cover ups. Then he left by saying seven years is too long for working as MD & Group CEO. Really? His last declared remuneration was 5.6 million dollars at Australia Post. What was all that money for? Protecting corrupt people in Australia Post and elsewhere? Media was contacted by me numerous times. No one wants to investigate why Mr. Fahour left Australia Post’s lucrative job. Why?
Mr. Gerry Harvey is the Executive Chairman of Harvey Norman Holdings which runs Harvey Norman. Ms. Katie Page is the CEO of Harvey Norman.
After they announced that they are joining hands with Mr Fahour and Latitude Financial Services I wrote the following letter to them to alert them that joining hands with Mr. Fahour may come at a price. This letter is dated 7 October 2019. My letter, after all these years, is fully justified.

Dear Ms Page and Mr Harvey,
Recently your company has joined hands with Mr Fahour who was previously the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. I have been buying from your stores many times for the past over 25 years. I have a great respect for you and I admire your success. No matter how profitable and successful your association with Mr Fahour becomes, I believe you need to take care. Externally Mr Fahour may appear to be an excellent person but my experience with him has raised serious concerns about his leadership, morals and ethics, fairness, honesty and integrity while he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
To get an idea about how he has allegedly contributed to keep the corruption and crimes covered up during the entire seven years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post you need to just type in Google “Petition Vasant Wagh”.
This petition, using change.org platform, was necessary after all the available democratic processes failed to get a resolution. This petition is to Ms Christine Holgate who took over from Mr Fahour. The reasons given by Mr Fahour for resigning Australia Post job do not add up. His money of 5.6 million dollars remuneration is decided by the Board of Australia Post. He himself has made it clear that his publicly disclosed remuneration was not the reason for him resigning Australia Post job.
My family has suffered due to systemic corruption and cover ups that started from Australia Post. Mr Fahour was not the MD & CEO at that time because the cover ups started in June 2006 and Mr Fahour joined Australia Post in February 2010. One person under his direct leadership has passed away and the cause of death is suicide. He was my contact person. Sixty years old. Worked for the Victorian Police Force for 27 years before joining Australia Post. He was the State Manager Corporate Security Group of Australia Post in the Melbourne HQ of Australia Post. Mr Fahour and his team hide this death from me despite I made mention of the name of this person many times after his death in my letters to Mr Fahour. My letters never got any response after this death.
My fight for justice is not going to stop and that may eventually expose Mr Fahour publicly in a way that our country may have never seen before. I feel your association with him may come under a bright spotlight and this letter is for you to take utmost precaution and care. People are known by the company they keep is very well known to you and this company with Mr Fahour may not look good if Mr Fahour is investigated for unethical, unfair, dishonest, unreasonable and possibly unlawful conduct in the future and then easily found guilty.
I am ready to meet you personally to explain this fight for justice which is unprecedented in the history of our country and the history of Australia Post. I am your customer and I want to remain as your customer therefore I thought I write to you to alert you in advance. Few hours of your time in reading my petition with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” will give you an idea that this matter is serious.

No response was ever received to my above letter to Ms Page and Mr Harvey.
I am providing many links below and request my supporters to read those. Mr. Fahour has now allegedly run away from his job at Latitude despite previous news said he was leaving in August 2023. Even if leaving Latitude earlier than previously planned he should be made accountable for keeping records of the people that were no longer the customers dating back to 2005.
Fifty million dollars fine for this data breach has been announced and this breach happened while Mr Fahour was CEO of Latitude Financial Services. The biggest data breach so far despite the country and businesses were alerted by Optus and Medibank data breaches.
No fine for Australia Post for covering up corruption and crimes for the past 16 years and 9 months in relation to my ID theft. TEN years out of those are under Mr. Fahour’s and Ms Holgate’s leaderships. The cover ups are still ongoing.
These events show that just leaving the jobs must never allow the people involved in wrongdoings to escape justice.
Mr. Fahour is not above the law and so is many other Australia Post officials including Ms. Christine Holgate. She continued to follow the wrong path taken by Mr. Fahour in allegedly hiding the truth and documents involved in the fraudulent and criminal activities from me and my family. This continued for the entire three years she was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. Then she resigned by giving baseless reasons.
The people of Australia saw her bad treatment by many politicians including the former PM the Honorable Scott Morrison MP for giving Cartier watches as gifts worth $19500 to four employees of Australia Post. Ms Holgate was very successful in getting the support of the people of this nation for that bad treatment but she never told the people of this nation that she was sitting on the documented corruption and crimes cover ups by Australia Post officials during the entire three years she was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. The Board of Australia Post that appoints the CEO never asked her to resign. Who will investigate the alleged unacceptable conduct of Ms. Holgate?

It appears that for Mr. Harvey and Ms. Page their business interests were more important for them than my concerns about Mr. Fahour and his unacceptable conduct.
How many Harvey Norman customers’ data is leaked that used Latitude Financial Services facilities to get goods from Harvey Norman?
I hope both Mr. Gerry Harvey and Ms Katie Page will support my fight for justice as Mr. Fahour is no longer the CEO of Latitude.

Please help my family by signing and sharing this petition with as many others as possible. It is time the people sitting in the Parliament House wake up and stop ignoring highest-level documented corruption and cover ups that are ongoing from June 2006 in my ID theft cover up matters.
My letters to the elected representatives are worth sharing as they are expected to restore the lost trust in them by the ordinary people of this country. The more they ignore corruption the more they will lose the trust is my view.

I am fighting for justice for all these years because I am confident that this fight for justice will eventually help millions of people in our country that have no capacity to fight against the people with power, authority, resources and money. In the true democracy NOBODY should be above the law.
