Yesterday Labor won the election in New South Wales. The whole of mainland Australia is now governed in every state and territory and federally by Labor. Labor wants a powerful Integrity Commission in the federal jurisdiction. That process is underway. Let us hope that the Federal Integrity Commission will do its job with absolute independence and impartiality when it starts operating.

Today I am providing documentary evidence of my letter to the former Minister for Home Affairs the Honourable Karen Andrews MP. After the Morrison government lost the last federal election Ms Andrews is now the Shadow Minister for Home Affairs. My following letter was written to her while she was the Minister for Home Affairs. The Honourable Peter Dutton MP was the Minister for Home Affairs when the Liberals were in the Federal government prior to Ms Andrews.

I was told that the matter involving my ID theft, where Indonesian Passport on my name is used to commit crimes using Australia Post services, was under the portfolio responsibility of the Minister for Home Affairs.

The baseless unsigned letter was received by me from the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of Ms Andrews and then another signed letter which was also baseless was received. I responded with my comments on those letters to Ms Andrews but no response to my letters was received. I asked the question if the second letter had a forged signature of the author in my response. No one responded to that question.

Dear Minister,

Please find attached two letters from the Department of Home Affairs with my comments.

I have serious concerns that these letters do not show transparency, honesty and integrity.

You have a responsibility for AFP, Border Force and Criminal Justice. Any corruption, cover ups, dishonesty, unreasonable, unfair and unjust activities to hide the truth about my identity theft, initiated by Australia Post officials, cannot be ignored by you is my view.   

Our PM had great concerns about Australia Post CEO Ms Holgate spending $20,000 on Cartier watches to give gifts to senior staff. For the past over 15 and a half years Australia Post is using Taxpayers’ money to cover up corruption and crimes. If the government can initiate an enquiry on $20,000 spent on Cartier watches why not initiate an enquiry to see how much money, resources, manpower, legal expenses, FOI responses expenses, transport costs to fly their lawyers from Melbourne to Sydney number of times to attend the AAT hearings and so on is spent by Australia Post officials?

We are an ordinary family who is denied justice despite using democratic processes to get a resolution. Who is responsible in the government to address this unresolved matter? My fight for justice is known to numerous people in the government. Why there is silence on corruption and crimes? If the treatment of women is important then why not the toxic culture of running away from responsibility is not important?

I have seen systemic corruption, brush off letters, Ministers quitting politics despite being in the government, Police corruption, judicial corruption, baseless letters and so on.

I hope you will not allow baseless letters going out on your behalf where the author is not showing his/her name as well on the letter dated 2 February 2022 with Reference No. MC 21-043448. Why the letter with Reference No. MC22-009122 then has the author’s name included?

If you do not know who is responsible to address my concerns, if it is not you, please forward my letter to the Hon Prime Minister immediately to see who is responsible.

It is time that someone takes responsibility to address why my family has to suffer because of the systemic documented corruption and cover ups that are not stopping from June 2006.

This letter is for a response from you. Any baseless response, as seen in the attached letters, will be unacceptable to me.

If your director Mr Ross Peattie is so negligent to even write my surname with incorrect spelling for whatever reasons he needs to lift his standards is my view unless this letter is a fraud with his forged signature on it.

I have received letters with forged signatures earlier including that from the former Shadow Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection who went on to become the Minister for Justice. He is the Hon Michael Keenan MP. He did not help me at all and then resigned and left politics. The subject letter was on his letterhead.

Your government abolished the Minister for justice portfolio altogether. Abolished the stand-alone Department of Communications as well. This matter has continued and I hope you will not engage in any conduct that will be questionable in the future.

I am sure you will not use people in your department to send me brush off letters any more.

This fight is in the national public interest and will continue.

I need a very prompt response from you to this letter to move forward to get a resolution. I do not believe millionaires should get any special treatment to protect them by anyone including your government.

As regards the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, the corruption in that so called independent and impartial office in my matters is documented. Just like the revolving door of the Prime Ministers in our country the same thing happened with this office where the unacceptable conduct of successive Commonwealth Ombudsman is documented.

Many of them left cutting short their terms after failing to do their jobs by breaching their own rules. All documented. If you want people to trust you this matter is the right one to address and address immediately. Your predecessor the Hon Peter Dutton MP had no courage to respond to any of my letters. Nobody under his leadership told me that this matter did not fall under his Ministerial responsibilities during the entire period he was the Minister for Home Affairs. I hope you will not continue to act like him. Whatever I said here is documented.

This is the end of my email to the Hon Karen Andrews MP dated 19 February 2022.

Dear Supporters,

The people of our nation have decided to give chance to Labor to govern with honesty, integrity and values. This is going to be a real test for the PM the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP and all the Premiers and Chief Ministers of Labor party.

My Federal Local Member of Labor party has dismally failed to do the job for which he gets paid for. I am his constituent and he needs to lift his standards by giving me a voice. My official complaint against the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP who is the Member for Kingsford Smith electorate in Sydney is not responded by the PM the Hon Anthony Albanese MP for many months now.

This matter is known to Mr Thistlethwaite since he was the Senator for NSW but he continued to fail to raise this matter in the Senate and then in the house of representatives despite the documented cover ups are known to him for all these years.

Australia Post officials started the cover ups. It does not matter if many have since left Australia Post’s lucrative jobs after failing to act and failing to respond about the documented corruption and crimes cover ups. This includes both Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate-former Australia Post MDs and Group CEOs. There are many still in the Australia Post jobs that are aware of the injustice, corruption, fabrication of records and documents and hiding of the truth from June 2006. Australia Post officials involved in the cover ups are many.

Labor cannot tell people of this nation that they are sincere about the corruption eradication in Australia and then remain silent on what is provided to them by me in the documented form.

Now they have no excuse that they are not in the government. It is time for them to show to the people of this nation that NOBODY is above the law. Identity theft is a crime. Hiding the truth behind my ID theft is unacceptable, unjust, unfair and unreasonable.

All the Managers and senior officials of Australia Post have not responded to my numerous letters requesting them to tell me the truth. Who are they trying to protect?

People of Australia are the owners of Australia Post. Any corruption in Australia Post cannot be ignored. It cannot be tolerated at all. No media is ready to give me a voice despite contacting them many times. This is why we need people power to make a change.

I thank my 42729 strong supporters for their support. I request all the people in our country to fight against injustice and corruption with one voice no matter who is involved in the wrongdoings. My family has suffered and continues to suffer due to the inaction of the people responsible to resolve the matter.

No one has tried to find out why Ms Holgate had to resign with “Immediate Effect” despite she did not do anything wrong as per her own statements. No one has investigated why Mr. Fahour resigned despite he was paid multiple times more than the Prime Minister of this country.

Both sides of the politics and others numerous MPs, Senators and Ministers have failed to act on the ongoing silence of Australia Post officials on the documented corruption and crimes cover ups that have continued. Conduct of some of the elected representatives appeared like they were the advocates of Ms Holgate in the parliament. The same people have not at all cared to give me a voice.

Now there is no excuse as the whole country except Tasmania is under Labor. Let us see if they continue to protect wrongdoers or hold them to account.

My fight for justice has exposed toxic culture in the Parliament House and also Australia Post and many other places that were used by me to get the truth out and to get the REAL documents involved in the fraudulent activities. I am entitled to be given those documents.

Mr Dutton is now the Leader of the Opposition. Will he stand up in the Parliament and accept his failures to act while in the government and as the Minister for Home Affairs?

He will soon be given the opportunity to hold the government to account if they fail to act to resolve this matter.

My patience has not run out and will not run out until the TRUTH is told to me and my family about my Identity theft. This is a Public Interest matter. Millions of Australians have suffered and continue to suffer because their identities are compromised each and every year.

Where are you Mr. Thistlethwaite? What values are you going to pass on to future generations? What are you afraid of? Who is stopping you from exposing corruption? Where are your Labor values?

The fight for justice must continue because we cannot allow the democracy in Australia to suffer anymore.

I am unable to attach the letters with my comments sent to Ms Andrews due to the limitations on what can be posted here. I hope the LNP has understood by now that the trust is everything. Once lost it will take long time to restore it. The same will be applicable to Labor, the Greens, One Nation and others as well.

Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour had the opportunity to speak in the parliament. What is the problem of the elected representatives to give me similar opportunity to raise my concerns about this unresolved matter in the parliament? Why there is discrimination? Why silence? Why the cover ups?

My above letter to the former Minister for Home Affairs the Hon Karen Andrews MP is just one of many others I wrote to others as well. What has happened to our democracy? I do not have to be the constituent of every elected representative to raise my concerns because Australia Post is also owned by their constituents. Any corruption in Australia Post deserves to be addressed when the elected representatives are made aware of this unresolved matter is my view.
