Today I am sharing documented evidence of my letter to the Prime Minister the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP. No response is received for over five months. The letters to the Prime Minister on “Contact your PM” facility end up with the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Many people appointed in this office are the same under successive governments. These people are expected to be independent and impartial no matter who is in the government is my view.

I have contacted successive Prime Ministers over number of years. I have raised my concerns on the unresolved matters number of times. The issues raised are allegedly ignored and the silence has continued on documented corruption and cover ups for all these years.

Any fight against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups where the injustice is evident is expected to be addressed by the elected representatives especially after the due democratic processes fail to get a resolution. This is why people approach their Local Member for help and assistance. When the Local Member starts ignoring corruption and crimes, fails to raise the matter in the parliament, fails to represent the victims of crimes, fails to respond to the letters, fails to act on the material provided in support of the allegations where to go?

I went to the Prime Minister to raise my concerns about my Local Federal Member for Kingsford Smith electorate in Sydney the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP.

What to do if the Prime Minister does not respond? The option is to seek people power and that is what I am trying to do because the democracy is failing and our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the international stage.

The Labor government wants to eradicate corruption. Why are the people responsible then silent on my matters? I have provided sufficient material to people in the Parliament House to address corruption that is ongoing from June 2006.

My concerns about unacceptable conduct of numerous people in Australia Post including successive MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post is not addressed by the responsible Ministers, MPs and Senators despite bringing it to their attention over number of years.

The trust cannot be bought, it has to be earned. Our many politicians are failing to earn that trust and this is ongoing years after years.

Now please read my letter to the Prime Minister after the edited acknowledgement that my letter is received by the PM.

Dear Prime Minister,

My Local Federal Member of Parliament is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. I have been fighting highest level documented corruption and cover ups that were initiated by Australia Post officials back in June 2006. This matter was simple to resolve if the honesty was shown by Australia Post officials.

I need and my family needs representation in the parliament which is ignored by Mr Thistlethwaite. He was the Senator for NSW back in 2012. He knows my issues very well and my fight for justice from June 2006 since he was the Senator. He replaced the Hon Peter Garrett as the Member for Kingsford Smith. Mr Garrett also knew my fight for justice.

My numerous requests to raise the unresolved matter in the parliament were made to Mr. Thistlethwaite only after the democratic processes used by me over the years failed to resolve the matter. My Identity is used on Indonesian passport.  This passport was used as a photo ID to receive Australia Post services.

I have seen and experienced corruption at every level to hide the truth about the real documents involved in this matter. Australia Post official informed me about the use of Indonesian passport on my name as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family's mail to a fraudulently opened PO Box on my name at Haymarket PostShop in Sydney.

Your party has just won the federal elections. Part of your platform was to address corruption and the establishment of a strong Federal ICAC. The matter involving Australia Post and their unacceptable conduct is very well documented.

Australia Post officials have spent lot of taxpayers’ money to cover up corruption and crimes in the past sixteen years.

I have contacted Mr Thistlethwaite many times but apart from few responses long ago he is silent on my many recent letters to him seeking representation to get the resolution process to begin. He is ignoring all those and not even ready to see me or talk on the phone.

I do not believe this will fit in your Labor values. The cancer of corruption has spread everywhere and this is of serious concerns to me. Your predecessor the Hon Scott Morrison MP and his team failed to act. He was concerned about the $20,000 spent on Cartier watches by Ms Holgate but did not raise any concerns about Australia Post covering up corruption and crimes for the past sixteen years and spending money and resources to hide the truth.

As my Local Federal Member of Parliament Mr. Thistlethwaite has the responsibility to act on this unresolved matter and help his constituents. Please ask him why is he not responding to my letters. Due to the failure of due processes to get a resolution I started a petition to Ms Holgate on Change.org platform. That petition is now signed and supported by 41320 people from every corner of Australia. It is easily accessed just by typing in Google "Petition Holgate Vasant". Please see that all those that read my letters in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet while Mr Morrison was the PM are kept miles away as they are not the right people to handle this matter and respond under your leadership. The trust is lost with all those that ignored my letters.

We need corruption free Australia and that starts from PM and C overhaul is my view. Protecting the wrongdoers is not the job of people working in PM & C.

What has my family done to deserve this treatment from the elected representatives? I have contacted the Minister for Communications as well. She is the Hon Michelle Rowland MP. She was the Shadow Minister for Communications while in the Opposition. She also remained silent while in the opposition and continues to remain silent now in the government. Australia Post falls under her direct ministerial responsibilities.

This fight for justice is not going to stop. Close to a million people in our country alone are affected when their identities are compromised. That number is going to skyrocket after the data breaches that are coming to light now.

My fight for justice and against the cover ups is fully justified and all those participating in the cover ups, no matter who they are, how much wealthy they are, what positions they held and hold now will not matter at all.

Nobody in this country is expected to be above the law and that includes Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate as well. Both of them have allegedly participated in keeping the truth covered up for TEN years between them and that deserves to be investigated. Both of them were given multiple opportunities to come clean but they failed while holding the positions of MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post.

I sincerely request all the people in our country and around the world to stand up and say NO to corruption. Safeguarding our democracy in Australia is of paramount importance.

We, the owners and also the customers of Australia Post, cannot allow corruption in Australia Post to continue.

I thank all my 42581 strong supporters for their support and request everyone else to support my family to get justice. The support will bring the truth out and benefit millions of people that could become victims of Identity theft. It will also benefit the people that have suffered because of their identity theft.

It is important to find out why the Prime Minister is not responding.

The victims that are suffering in silence due to limited capacity to fight for justice must get a voice too. Identity thefts is costing billions of dollars each year in Australia alone. We need to act together and my case has identified systemic cover ups all along for the past 16 and a half years.
