Let me first thank my 38929 supporters for their continued support for my family to get the truth out and to get justice.
My fight for justice for my family started back in June 2006. It has hardly stopped for the past over 15 and a half years. It is a matter where Australia Post officials informed me that my name was used on Indonesian passport and that passport was used as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney. This PO Box was also fraudulently opened using that passport as a Photo ID. The criminals cheated Australia Post very easily by saying they are changing their home.
What followed was the cover ups after cover ups when the matter was handed over to Australia Post Corporate Security Group officials. The rest is the history of corruption and crimes cover ups where every possible democratic process used by me to get the truth out and to get justice has failed. That failure was intentional and includes police corruption, Ombudsman corruption, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner corruption, Australia Post corruption, unacceptable conduct of many elected representatives including my Local Federal Member of Parliament.
Why all these people wanted to cover up the truth? Who are the people involved that were identified in as little as 48 hours in June 2006? Why they need to be protected?
Over the years many Australia Post officials got involved in one way or the other in this matter. They all failed to provide me the REAL documents involved in the criminal activities that they identified but decided to hide those from me for all these years. Many chose to leave their long-term jobs but not tell me the truth that they are expected to know. Some left after just few years after failing to respond to my letters despite it was their responsibility to address the matter.
Here are the names of those that have left Australia Post jobs that I am aware of.
1. Mr Andy Caprackas: National FOI Officer Legal Officer (He provided falsified documents to me under the FOI Act. They were certified by a JP who was the NSW/ACT State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group. He is Mr Alan Barwick. He did not disclose his conflict of interest in this matter as required by the rules applicable to JPs while certifying the documents).
2. Mr. Alan Barwick: His position is mention above. Mr Barwick was contacted by me but he never responded to my letters despite responsible to help and assist my family.
3. Mr Graeme T. John: former Managing Director of Australia Post. He retired after failing to address this matter.
4. Mr Paul Burke: He was the Corporate Secretary and wrote to me on behalf of Mr Fahour two letters. He failed to respond about the REAL documents and allegedly protected Mr Fahour all along. Now he works in the same Latitude Financial Services where Mr Fahour is the CEO.
5. Ms Erin Kelly: She was Head of Board and Shareholder Liaison and then went on to become the Corporate Secretary. She even threatened me with Legal Action via a letter to the former Shadow Minister for Communications the Hon Jason Clare MP. She was in the inner circle of Mr Fahour and went to the extra-ordinary lengths to protect him. She was the spoke person to stop disclosing the remuneration of Mr Fahour which was 5.6 million dollars a year. This was TEN TIMES that of the Prime Minister of Australia. She said it was not in the public interest to disclose what Mr Fahour was paid. She also said it will draw media attention and this was commercial in confidence as Australia Post has to compete with others. As per the news she was made redundant. She is now working with Mr Fahour in Latitude Financial Services was in the news. She failed to respond to my many letters to her. Her baseless legal threat never eventuated.
6. Mr Paul Gardner: When this matter started Mr Gardner was apparently working in Sydney under the leadership of Mr Alan Barwick. He was Acting Team leader at that time. Then he went on to become Operations Manager in Sydney and then he went to Melbourne as the Manager Fraud Control and Financial Security. After that he was Manager Business Integrity & Insights and then Senior Manager Integrity & Risk Analytics at Australia Post HQ.
Due to the seriousness of the matter and no help forthcoming from Australia Post and also the police I appointed a solicitor to get answers from Australia Post and also the police.
My solicitor wrote a letter to Mr Don Kane who was the investigator. Mr Kane was handed over the REAL documents involved by Mr Steve Gabell of Australia Post’s Alexandria DF. This was conveyed to us by Mr Gabell himself.
The letter to Mr Don Kane from my solicitor was responded by Mr Paul Gardner. There was no reference number on the letter, it had a false date and the response did not address what my solicitor requested. This letter is now suspected as a fraud and with a forged signature of Mr Gardner. Ms Holgate, Mr Gardner and many others were contacted by me numerous times to tell me if Mr Gardner’s signature on the letter to my solicitor is genuine or a forgery. No one responded.
Mr Paul Gardner left his long-term job with Australia Post without telling me the truth including the authenticity of his signature in question. He now works for Suncorp.
7. Ms Christine Corbett: Ms Corbett was promoted by Mr Fahour by bringing her up from FOUR levels down and was made Chief Customer Officer. She denied any corruption, crimes cover ups and wrongdoings by Australia Post officials. This was responded by me comprehensively and then she did not respond back. She was with Australia Post for 27 years. She was paid 1.5 million dollars a year under Mr Fahour’s leadership. She was made Acting MD & Group CEO after Mr Fahour left and before Ms Holgate took over. Ms Corbett did not want the top job of MD & Group CEO despite she was the preferred candidate of the former Chairman Mr John Stanhope. Why did Ms Corbett leave her 27-year job to go to PwC? She left PwC after failing to respond to my letters. PwC is appointed by Australia Post to take information from Whistleblowers. Ms. Corbett had a massive conflict of interest when she took a job at PwC. She then left PwC to go to AGL as their Chief Customer Officer. Was she worth two and a half times more than what the Prime Minister of Australia gets? Why she failed to do her job with honesty, integrity and values? Which criminals she wants to protect? Will she come clean now or keep the truth covered up? Ms Holgate wanted her to stay but she left.
8. Mr Oliver Cousland: Mr Cousland was the Corporate Lawyer. He was the FOI Review decision maker in these matters. He failed to respond to my serious concerns about his baseless review. It is worth publishing my letters to him to see his poor level of honesty, integrity and values. His unacceptable conduct only made the matters worse for him and Australia Post. He left Australia Post. He went to Aurora Energy as Company Secretary/General Counsel.
Did he tell them the true reasons why he left Australia Post?
9. Mr Evan Henley: He was Senior Workplace Relations Advisor. He was also Authorised Officer to take information from the Whistleblowers. Please refer to my comprehensive update dated June 28, 2020 to see the unacceptable conduct of Mr Henley. He left Australia Post job to go to Energy Australia as Employee & Industrial Relations Lead after failing to adhere to his Code of Conduct and after breaching his duties and responsibilities while working for Australia Post. My confidential letter to Ms Holgate sent to Ms Holgate’s email address directly went to Ms Henley’s email address. Ms Holgate wanted all these people to protect her is my allegation. Where was the leadership of Ms Holgate gone?
10. Ms Nicole Sheffield: Ms Sheffield was appointed by Ms Holgate. Her remuneration was around 1.2 million dollars a year. She took over from Ms Corbett. Ms Corbett was placed in acting role as the Executive General Manager Community and Consumer till Ms Sheffield was appointed. Ms Sheffield was contacted by me for help and assistance. She was responsible to address my concerns but never responded to any of my letters. She did not last long at Australia Post. Why did she leave? Was she afraid of getting exposed for her silence on corruption and crimes covers ups involving many Australia Post officials? She was a former employee of News Ltd. They run Daily Telegraph. My numerous letters to Daily Telegraph have been ignored by them. They know the corruption and cover ups but have no courage to expose the millionaires. That is not called independent and impartial journalism.
Recently Ms Sheffield was appointed as the first female President of the Australian Retailers Association. If her unacceptable conduct is swept under the carpet she can pretend as the most honest, moral and ethical person is likely. Who will investigate her? She went to Wesfarmers after leaving Australia Post.
11. Mr. Chris Lenton: Mr Lenton took over from Mr Alan Barwick. He failed to address the matter despite my sincere requests to him to resolve it. It was his job but he failed. He left his 27 years job with Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG. He is expected to know the truth because he was Operations Manager when Mr Barwick was the State Manger of CSG. His silence on the truth is unacceptable. It appears that he is now Protective Security Manager at Commonwealth Bank and could be also with Attorney Generals Department.
Dear Supporters,
It is expected that you will now realise how Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate failed to hold their own people to account first to come up with the truth. They sat on this documented corruption and crimes cover ups for ten combined years. SEVEN years under Mr Fahour and THREE years under Ms Holgate.
The media beat up of the reasons for their resignations is baseless, unfounded and an outright deception is my view. This is why the media has no courage to expose Australia Post CEOs and many other employees-past and present of Australia Post.
The other employees of Australia Post that are aware of the corruption and covers ups and still working for Australia Post will be named with their failures to address this matter in the future.
It is time to denounce the cover ups with one voice. Why are many Australia Post employees worth over a million dollars a year and still fail to adhere to their own rules, service charters, code of conduct and responsibilities when it comes to documented wrongdoings of many?
Mr Fahour got 5.6 million dollars a year. That was decided by the Board of Australia Post at that time. Did he play a major role in giving over a million dollars to many under his leadership? What are these employees worth if they are part of the cover ups? Why did they leave their lucrative jobs? Why were they protected by Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate after taking over the leadership of Australia Post?
Why the rules were breached on an ongoing basis and the truth kept covered up from June 2006 by many Australia Post officials-past and present?
Where is the honesty, integrity and values of our media gone? Why is Ms Leigh Sales of ABC leaving 7:30 Report? She gave platform to Ms Holgate but failed to respond to my request to give me a voice. Where is her impartiality gone?
Are the millionaires in our country above the law? Where are our elected representatives gone? Why are they all silent? Many gave voice to Ms Holgate but NOT to me. This is documented. What is their job when it comes to raising such matters in the Parliament?
It is time to unite to make Australia Post corruption free and honest, moral and ethical Government Business Enterprise because as the owners of Australia Post we cannot and should not allow corruption to go unchecked and pushed under the carpet in Australia Post.
The systemic corruption to hide the truth for over 15 and a half years warrants a Royal Commission to bring people like Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate to justice is my view because our politicians have failed to act. Failed to ask questions to Australia Post officials and failed to act on continued corruption and cover ups in this matter.
This includes successive Prime Ministers, Misters for Communications, Attorney Generals and Ministers for Home Affairs. It is nothing but a national disgrace because the politicians talk highly about our democracy and then fail to act to protect it.
This is happening under successive Labor and Coalition governments. Not a single letter written by me to the Hon Scott Morrison MP-Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition the Hon Anthony Albanese MP has ever been responded to for number of years.
Now they want our votes. Who should we vote for? What is the difference when it comes to eradicating corruption in our country? Under successive governments our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year? How could the people of Australia tolerate this?
Please help my family to get justice. Please sign and share this update in large numbers. My Local Federal Member of Parliament for Kingsford Smith is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He has dismally failed to hold anyone to account including Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour.
He wrote a letter many years ago to the former Minister for NSW police the Hon Michael Gallagher. There was no action by this Minister to act and help at all. Mr Thistlethwaite did nothing further to get answers from him.
The fight for justice will continue. This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia and Australia Post is a wake-up call to every citizen and resident of our country. Please help because we do not want the criminals to get away from their crimes. We do not want our democracy to suffer any more. We want honesty in the Parliament House and we want honesty in Australia Post.
