Dear Valued Supporters,

Thank you for signing my last update in large numbers. My petition is now signed and supported by 39282 people from across Australia and also from the other parts of the world.

We saw Senator the Hon Concetta Fierravanti-Wells in the Senate criticizing the Prime Minister as a bully, with no moral compass, unfit to be the Prime Minister and so on. This was in the news and in the media and continues to be in the news and other programmes almost non-stop. Extensive comments on what she said about the Prime Minister in the Senate are repeated over and over again.

Today, I am providing documentary evidence that Senator Fierravanti-Wells failed to do her job for which she gets paid for from the taxpayers. She is the Liberal Senator for New South Wales. I am and my family members are her constituents. She failed and continues to fail to give us a voice. She failed to raise this matter in the Senate. She failed to even write to the successive Ministers for Communications over the years to look into this matter.

I wrote to her after numerous democratic processes used by me to get a resolution to my ID theft failed on an ongoing basis. The very basic expectation from her was to get answers from Australia Post officials that started the cover ups and also from the CEOs of Australia Post about why this matter is not resolved.

Senator Fierravanti-Well was given numerous documents with my letter dated 3 January 2012. Her only letter in response reads as follows:

I appreciate the time that you have taken to prepare the correspondence and empathise with the stress and hardship it has caused both you and your family.

I note your correspondence is marked "strictly Private and Confidential" and accordingly I have not made representations to Australia Post.

Following the receipt of this letter I gave written permission to the Honourable Senator to represent me. My letter was dated 25 February 2012 and was sent by Registered Post and also by fax to her office in Wollongong and in the Parliament House. She never responded to my letter and numerous other letters over the years for giving me a voice.

When she wrote the above letter Coalition was in the Opposition. She is failing to act while she is in the government as well.

She had no courage to hold the big names in our country to account. She had no courage to raise this matter in the Parliament. She was not willing to write to the police. She failed to raise it with the Commonwealth Ombudsman. She had no interest in raising this with the Attorney General and the Minister for Home Affairs or even my Local Federal Member of Parliament of Labor party the Hon Peter Garrett at the time and now the Hon. Matt Thistlethwaite MP also of Labor.

Her assessment of the Prime Minister can be judged by the people of this nation with their own views.

I have serious concerns with the ongoing silence of the Hon Scott Morrison MP-the Prime Minister on this matter and for allegedly protecting Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour- the former CEOs of Australia Post and also many other past and present employees of Australia Post despite my written concerns are provided to him on an ongoing basis about their wrongdoings and unacceptable conduct.

Senator Fierravanti-Wells's term ends on 30 June 2022 and then she will leave Senate is very well publicised. What will she do in this remaining time as the Senator for NSW? Continue her unacceptable silence on corruption and crimes cover ups?

Fail to ask questions to anyone in relation to this unresolved and unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and also our country? Fail to do her job of representing my family-the victims of crimes? Do as much damage as possible to the government of her own party after being the Liberal Senator for all these years? Keep taking money from the taxpayers with all the other benefits that go with being a Senator and then continue to be unfair, unreasonable and unjust to her constituents?

She complaints about her unfair treatment by others in the Liberal party and at the same time continues to be unfair to us from February 2012. This is a period of over TEN long years. Where is her honesty, integrity and values? What about the declining standards of democracy under the government she is a part?

What about our country perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the international stage? What was she doing to address this? Why did she fail to hold the PM to account when she had many opportunities to do that over the years in our unresolved matters?

Why is she ignoring corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials from 2012 when she was first made aware of this by me? We, the citizens of Australia, own Australia Post.

I challenge her to come clean on her knowledge about this unresolved matter and her silence on it. She has enough time left to represent my family with 100% honesty and integrity no matter who wins the next election on 21 May 2022.

Dear Supporters, the whole nation is talking about who can we trust? The lost trust in the politicians is a blot on our democracy. I also challenge the Prime Minister Mr. Morrison and the Leader of the Opposition Mr. Albanese to respond to my allegations of Australia Post officials covering up corruption and crimes by not releasing the documents involved in my ID theft cover ups.

I am satisfied that the people of this nation are talking about the lost trust in our politicians and how it is affecting the nation. Trust is everything. Once lost it takes long time to re-establish it.

I thank my supporters for their unconditional ongoing support to get the truth out and to get justice for my family.

The resignations of Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour as the CEOs of Australia Post deserve full scale investigations. Why are all in the media including “your ABC” are silent?

The reluctance of our PM to have a Federal ICAC is the indication that he has something that worries him very much.

To investigate Australia Post we do not need a Federal ICAC because their corruption is very well documented.

What is needed is honesty in the Parliament House, honesty in Australia Post and honesty in our watchdogs and law enforcement.

This simple ID theft matter has remained unresolved because of lack of honesty, integrity and values and the dismal failures of democratic processes.

Please sign my petition in large numbers and share it in large numbers as well. If we all unite, we can make a difference is my confidence.

This matter has exposed corruption and cover ups on a massive scale and that will need people power to denounce it. This is a public interest matter where a million people in Australia alone suffer from their ID thefts.

The only comfort Senator Fierravanti-Wells can take is she is not alone in failing to act. There are many others as well. She has the golden opportunity to make a difference before she goes by raising this matter in the parliament.

Giving me a Voice is her job.

Thanks again to all my supporters. This fight for justice will not end until the truth is revealed to my family about the initial REAL ID theft matter and then all the cover ups that followed that includes false documents creation and provision of those to me by Australia Post officials.

It is important to fight for justice and to prove that nobody is above the law when it comes to documented criminal activities. To hide the truth to protect criminals by ignoring our pain and suffering and psychological torture will come at a price for all those hiding the truth is my confidence.

Running away from the jobs is not going to protect people engaged in silence on the cover ups.

Majority of the Australian people want a FEDERAL ICAC is in the news.

I hope Australia Post officials engaged in the cover ups are understanding the mood of the nation.
