Dear Valued Supporters,

Today I am providing documentary evidence of my two letters to the elected representatives to give me a voice in the parliament. No one has put their hand up to give me a voice. These names include the Hon Michelle Rowland MP who is the Minister for Communications and directly responsible for Australia Post and also my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP who is the Member for Kingsford Smith electorate.

Not a single elected representative responded to my two letters below and that shows that the democracy in our country is not working the way it needs to work. These are not the only elected representatives that know about my fight for justice from June 2006 but there are numerous others as well. They are from all sides of politics-Labor, Liberals, Nationals, the Greens and also the Independents as well.

What is their problem? What are they afraid of? Why are they silent? Who is controlling them? Why do they want to protect the wrongdoers when the wrongdoings are very well documented?

Australia Post is owned by and operated for the people of our nation. We all own Australia Post. Why is Australia Post allowed to cover up corruption and crimes? Who are the criminals? What is the motive? Why the real documents involved in the criminal activities are hidden from the victims-my family? Why did Australia Post officials supply to me documents that are allegedly false. Many of those are certified by a JP as the true copies of the original. This JP was the State Manager of Australia Post’s Corporate Security Group-CSG and directly responsible to help us. He breached the rules for the JPs while certifying the documents by not disclosing his conflict of interest on the documents he certified. His name is Alan Barwick. He left Australia Post many years ago. Why the envelope addressed to me is still not delivered from June 2006? Why no one is ready to tell me if the signature on the letter to my legal representative of Mr. Paul Gardner is a forgery or not including Mr. Gardner himself?

The toxic culture in the Parliament House and Australia Post cannot and should not be tolerated by the people of Australia is my view. Please help the corruption fighters and the whistle-blowers at every opportunity is my request to every Australian. My fight for justice has exposed many decision makers for their alleged corrupt conduct. The unacceptable conduct of many officials has resulted in protecting the wrongdoers for all these years.

The following update was posted on March 26, 2023. It is self-explanatory. Where is our democracy heading? 

The petition title is “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” Please just type in Google “Petition Holgate Vasant” to see the documentary evidence of ongoing cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials.

Many Australia Post officials have cleared their desks and left and no one is ready to investigate why they have left their lucrative jobs. This includes Ms. Christine Holgate and Mr. Ahmed Fahour-former MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post.

Now Mr. Fahour is the CEO of Latitude Financial Services and 8 million former and current customers have their identities compromised. No media news that I heard and seen mentioned that Mr Fahour is the CEO of Latitude. The news is the data from 2005, when it was GE Finance was still kept. Who will investigate Mr. Fahour’s past wrongdoings while he headed Australia Post? Who will investigate the wrongdoings of Ms Holgate? Both took the easy path of resigning. Who told them to resign Australia Post’s top jobs?

Giving away $20,000 worth of Cartier watches to four employees by Ms Holgate made headlines and was falsely linked to her resignation with “Immediate Effect”. Why did she leave when she did nothing wrong?

Ms Holgate was given a voice in the Senate. What have I done wrong for not getting the same voice? Why there is discrimination? Is fighting against the corruption not acceptable to you all? Why are you all silent?

Please give me a voice because one day my many contacts with you and your failure to act will come under the brightest spot light is my view.

The Honourable Senators and the Honourable Members of Parliament,

It is my request to you all to help me to eradicate corruption in Australia starting from Australia Post. I have been fighting for justice and the TRUTH from June 2006. YES, JUNE 2006.

I request you to go through my petition and numerous updates that followed over the years. This petition is to Ms Christine Holgate. She was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post when I started this petition. Her predecessor Mr. Ahmed Fahour also failed to resolve the matter. My Identity is used on Indonesian passport that Australia Post accepted to provide their services. Those services were to Redirect our mail to a PO Box in Haymarket, Sydney and opening of a PO Box on my name at Haymarket PostShop back in 2006. The Indonesian passport on my name was used as a photo ID by my imposter. 

The cover ups started after possibly identifying the fraudsters in around 48 hours after this was reported to us. Who are these VIP criminals that Australia Post wants to protect? What was the motive of the criminals? What is the benefit of Australia Post officials to engage in corrupt and unlawful activities by hiding the truth from us?

This matter was premeditated as I am the only Vasant Wagh in whole of Australia from 1985. Why was my name used on Indonesian passport? Why did Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate decided to remain silent on the unacceptable conduct of many Australia Post officials? 

The following is my update posted today on 9 April 2023. I need a representation and that is what I expect from you because Australia Post is a Government Business Enterprise-GBE and all your constituents are the customers of Australia Post just like me. Most of your constituents are expected to be Australian citizens and therefore owners of Australia Post.

This matter has remained unresolved because of the documented systemic corruption, dishonesty, lost integrity, unfair, unjust and unreasonable conduct of numerous people including the decision makers.

This type of cover up is against even the very basic rules that govern the employment conditions of Australia Post employees is my view.

I need a voice that has been denied for all these years. There is no shortage of documents to prove wrongdoings of many Australia Post officials.

I hope you will take this matter very seriously and get the answers from Australia Post officials- past and present about their failures to address this matter.

Dear Supporters,

My identity theft was a premeditated criminal activity. The cover ups that are still ongoing is unacceptable. This fight for the truth and justice will never stop no matter how many Australia Post officials, politicians, decision makers and Commonwealth Ombudsman leave their jobs. 

Our democracy allows any member of the public a representation in the parliament especially when the available democratic processes fail to deliver justice and the truth to the victims.

I have used those democratic processes from June 2006 but they have all failed to get the truth out. That failure was not a mistake or lack of expertise and knowledge of the decision makers. It was a calculated, dishonest, unreasonable, unfair and unjust activity to protect the wrongdoers. Fortunately, many things are very well documented.

The resignations of Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour were never investigated and all the stories behind their resignations published by the media do not hold any water is my view. The same media has ignored the corruption and cover ups all along despite my bringing this to their attention many times and that includes “Your ABC”.

The people getting paid to represent us must show respect to their constituents and others as well is my view. Remaining silent on documented wrongdoings contributes to the lost trust in our politicians and that affects our democracy. When are our  politicians going to realise that the corruption fighters cannot be ignored? 

We really need a Royal Commission to investigate Identity theft cover ups is my view. 

Please help my family to get justice and the truth out. All those that have kept the truth hidden from June 2006 about my ID theft will be held to account no matter how long it takes because running away from jobs is not going to help anyone including Ms.Holgate and Mr.Fahour. 

Both of them including numerous other past and present employees of Australia Post have failed in their responsibilities, failed to tell us the truth, failed to act on documented cover ups and failed to show their moral and ethical values as required by their own rules of employment with Australia Post. Many have allegedly breached the laws of our country is my view and that includes Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. Both of them had TEN long years between them to address the corruption and cover ups but they failed and then resigned. No one in our country should accept this gross misconduct of these past MDs and CEOs of Australia Post.

Holding people to account for their unacceptable conduct is important no matter if they are millionaires or billionaires. Everyone should be treated equally in our country. Corruption fighters cannot be silenced and ignored to protect the people with power and authority no matter who they are and that includes Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour.

The corruption and cover ups have affected my family from June 2006. This unprecedented fight to get the truth out has exposed many people in many places because we did not give up. There is no chance that this fight for justice will stop until the truth is told to us and documents hidden by Australia Post are released to us.

Please help by signing my petition in large numbers. I thank my 43,041 supporters for their strong support. We can make a change if the whole country unites to eradicate corruption in our country. We start from AUSTRALIA POST.
