Recently the integrity, ethics, honesty and values of senior PwC officials have come under the bright spot light. I am confident that not too many people in our country are aware that PwC is appointed by Australia Post to take submissions, disclosures and information from the people that have serious concerns about Australia Post and their officials.
I have been making it very clear to the people that read my petition and the updates that the “Truth Alone Triumphs”. This PwC’s alleged corruption, dishonesty, lost integrity, lost values and lost ethics may be limited to the small number of people compared to their total workforce but the people involved are/were allegedly on the highest levels. My fight for justice also involves wrongdoings of the people on the highest levels and this is why it is fully justified.
We want the organisations, no matter if they are private, public or government business enterprises like Australia Post, to adhere to their values, corporate governance, moral and ethical responsibilities and at all times Practice what they Preach.
Before I go any further, please look at the following link where PwC officials are speaking. They are from different parts of the world.
My fight against Australia Post started back in June 2006 when I was told that Indonesian Passport on my name was used as a Photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket. That PO Box was also fraudulently opened using that passport.
What happened next was cover ups after cover ups by numerous Australia Post officials. These cover ups are still continuing to this day. It is very important to fight corruption because the cancer of corruption ruins people’s lives.
During my fight for justice, I came to know that there was a hotline set up by Australia Post where people can call 1800 799 353 to report what concerns them about the corruption in Australia Post.
The documentary evidence of the letter I wrote to the employee of PwC that was directly responsible to work on Australia Post’s Whistle-blower telephone number is below.

It is important for me to know the names of your counterparts in Australia Post Head Office that you have mentioned in your email below. Australia Post has Security and Investigations department which I believe is known as Group Security and the head of that in my view is the General Manager Mr Scott J Staunton. Mr Bob Croxford was the Group Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group CSG Headquarters earlier. I am of the view that you will have the knowledge if the name Corporate Security Group CSG was changed to Security and Investigations at some stage and at least the approximate month and year the change was made if that is the case.
In NSW/ACT jurisdiction Mr Alan Barwick JP was the Manager of CSG and his position was then taken over by Mr Chris Lenton. Other people who work or worked for CSG NSW are Mr Paul Gardner and Mr Don Kane. Mr Done Kane was the investigator in my matters.
Your position as a Manager in PwC’s Fraud and Forensics practice is closely related to Security and Investigations of Australia Post is my view. I believe you contacted either Mr Scott J Staunton or someone who is directly working under his leadership to find out what happened to the emails that I was constantly mentioning to number of ladies who took my call when I called your Whistle-blower hotline that PwC is managing. My observation of this Hotline Management is concerning as every time I called the ladies who took my call were unable to get anyone on the line or there is a possibility that no one wanted to come on the line as I provided my name to the ladies who took calls. I also gave my mobile telephone number so that the people responsible had my number to identify me as the owner of that mobile phone number.
To show your honesty and integrity please provide me the details of all the calls I made to your hotline number. The details must include the date of the call, time of the call, the mobile number where the call came from, the duration of the call and the name of the person who took the call. My mobile number is not hidden from appearing on the recipient's phone. I gave my mobile number xxxxxxxxxx to the ladies who took my calls. As you are a big organisation who has been contracted for managing this Hotline by Australia Post when people call 1800799353, I believe transparency is of paramount importance when dealing with people who are calling this hotline. I am sure it is of paramount importance that the people like me do not start suspecting the conduct of the people who answer the calls and also those who are required to act on the calls.
I know numerous people in Australia Post by their names and numerous people in Australia Post also know me by name and Australia Post has my contact details from June 2006. It appears that you have also worked previously for the Government in similar role as you have with PwC. This means you are a very experienced person in this type of work. You know very well that if the TRUST is lost your PwC could badly suffer as the trustworthiness could become a matter of concern.
Please let me know if you have authority to have direct contact with the Authorised Officer of Australia Post under the PID Act 2013 and is it your responsibility to provide the name/s to the whistle-blowers, who do not want to talk with you over the phone, to direct them to the Authorised Officer of Australia Post to raise their concerns and provide them with the name and contact details of the Authorised Officer to make disclosures if they are doubtful about the Hotline telephone management service you are contracted for.
Numerous people in Australia Post have been acting corruptly is my allegation and for you to tell me the emails I was mentioning every time to your hotline number were not received by that email address is unacceptable because not a single time any email that I sent has been shown as undelivered. My each and every email as per my email records was successfully sent. If the email address was inactive why your hotline did not have that information especially after it was mentioned by me every time I called that I need only acknowledgement that my emails were received by Australia Post. To keep the integrity of PwC somewhat intact please tell me which people in Australia Post are your counterparts who told you that they have not received my emails. If this email address is inactive or was provided in error then when was that information made available to the people of this nation? Please calculate the number of days it took for you to come up with the information that this email address is inactive. There is a possibility that your counterparts in the Head Office of Australia Post are fully aware of the corrupt conduct that has now been exposed at least internally and it is time that you take utmost care and precautions before you trust anyone in Head office in Melbourne of Australia Post. Blind trust in any one in the Head Office of Australia Post could damage your credibility very quickly is my view. You will be expected to provide full details of what went on between you and your counterparts in Australia Post Head Office to me as a matter of urgency to safeguard PwC’s credibility to handle this Whistle-blower hotline. This single matter of exceptionally serious nature may reflect on PwC very quickly is my view if there is any hesitation from you to respond to this communication promptly.
I need to know what will happen if I send my material to your personal email address set up for you by PwC, as suggested by you, and you leave PwC or the contract of PwC is ended or has expired and Australia Post does not appoint PwC again for managing their Whistle-blower Hotline then where is the safety and security of my material that will be with you? The whole system has now been considered by me as with numerous holes for its integrity. If the people in Security and investigations and CSG of Australia Post are themselves alleged as corrupt and you assume them as honest and consider them as your counterparts you have already exposed the identity of the whistle-blower to the wrong people as I gave my name to your people who took my calls. The whole previous website of Australia Post whistle-blower was taken down after these events is my view and there could be ramifications is my view.
In my view all this management by your PwC has become a matter of serious concerns and I hope you will provide answers to my questions very efficiently. The whole meaning of Hotline that does not make any efforts to provide proper information to people calling the hotline needs explanation as I was put on hold for extended period few times by the people who took my call. Many times, no one took calls and there was answering machine message for leaving my details or call later. What is going on?
The responsibility of Australia Post to tell people in their annual reports and website that PwC is responsible for management of this Hotline is essential is my view. Australia Post is owned by and operated for the Australian people and if the owners are not given proper information, it raises serious concerns is my view.
I hope to hear from you soon. I request only written communications, at least at this point in time from you till I am convinced that it will be safe to provide you with the information about the corruption in Australia Post.

Dear supporters,
Important points about PwC and Australia Post.
1. PwC was never ready to tell me who they are communicating with in Australia Post.
2. As per PwC they only collect information and pass it onto a team in Australia Post HQ.
3. PwC has no roll in any investigations about the material provided to them.
4. PwC contacts Authorised Officers appointed by the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post for the purpose of the Public Interest Disclosures.
5. PwC does not have a general email that is reserved for the whistle-blowers.
6. PwC has no authority to access Australia Post provided email address for the whistle-blowers. PwC only manages the telephone number.
7. The team members of Australia Post that PwC contacts could be part of the corruption themselves and the whistle-blowers would not know where their information is going and ending.
8. All the taxpayer’s money used by Australia Post to pay PwC is never made public is my view.
9. PwC’s use by Australia Post for managing only the phone number for the whistle-blowers is also not made public.
10. Australia Post’s former MD & Group CEO Mr Ahmed Fahour delegated his authority to Mr Scott Staunton as the Authorised Officer who was allegedly part of the cover ups.
11.The culture in PwC is now under the spot light. What about the culture in Australia Post?
12. My letters written to both Mr Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate as the Principal officers for the Public Interest Disclosures were not responded by them.
The corruption and cover ups by Australia Post officials have continued to this day.
In my view PwC leaked my information to Australia Post officials that were part of the cover ups. Few officials of PwC left PwC after failing to respond to my letters.
Ms. Rebecca Best from a Law firm was appointed by Australia Post to work as Authorised officer. She left Australia Post after failing to respond to my letters.
There are many people involved and just like PwC is now under the bright spot light Australia Post should face similar investigations for contributing to the corruption and crimes cover ups from June 2006. The cover ups were initiated by Australia Post officials.
The millionaires in this country should not be given any special treatment after ignoring corruption and cover ups initiated by their own past and present Australia Post officials. The former MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate are not above the law.
I am confident that the people in Australia that are/were cheated by Australia Post and PwC will come forward to denounce their unacceptable conduct and also help my family to get justice.
I have enough material and names of PwC officials and Australia Post officials that allegedly breached the rules applicable to them while communicating with me in relation to my concerns about Australia Post.
I thank my 43,104 strong supporters for their support and encouragement to fight corruption and fight for justice. This invaluable support will one day help our nation to become corruption free and free society. We deserve honesty, integrity and values from the people no matter where they work. If their work involves cheating, deception, dishonesty, unfair and unreasonable activities, spending lot of money to cover up crimes then they need to be exposed is my view.
In my ID theft cover ups matters there are many people involved and those who try to protect these people will also get exposed one day is my message to them all.
The media has ignored me all along by exposing them as not independent and impartial as they need to be. Who are they protecting? The politicians have chosen to remain silent on all the documented corruption and cover ups as well.
Many Australia Post officials chose to leave but not tell me the truth. They deserve to be questioned as well. Many are still hanging on to their jobs after ignoring my letters and my petition updates for a long time. They will be named as well.
Senator the Honourable Deborah O’Neill of Labor party has decided to hold PwC officials to account for their unacceptable conduct. I hope she will also consider to hold Australia Post officials to account for all the corruption, cover ups, dishonesty, hiding the truth, provision of false documents and cheating my family for close to seventeen years. Australia Post officials involved in this matter are allegedly protecting the criminals and also their own people that are involved in the cover ups or remaining silent on the cover ups. Both these actions by these officials are breaching Australia Posts rules and ethical standards for many years.
Please help my family to get the truth out and get justice.
