Today, I want to share my letters I wrote to Mr. Ahmed Fahour. As indicated to you in my previous update PwC is appointed by Australia Post to take information, disclosures and documents from the Whistleblowers. A Whistleblower telephone Hotline management is also contracted to PwC.
My following letters to Mr. Ahmed Fahour-former MD and Group CEO of Australia Post were never responded by him.
Numerous rules may have been breached by both PwC and Australia Post while they were contacted by me to get answers to my Identity theft cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials back from June 2006. The unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials has continued to this day. Many have since left their lucrative Australia Post jobs after failing to do their jobs is my allegation.
It is important to find out what really went on between Australia Post officials including Mr. Fahour and PwC officials.
Irrespective of whether I was the employee or contractor of Australia Post or not there was sufficient material for Mr Fahour to act on the documented ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups that were brought to his attention by me.
I have been informed that PwC’s roll is just to gather the information and pass it onto Australia Post officials. Why the expensive PwC is appointed to just gather information and pass it onto Australia Post officials?
It is highly likely that the PwC, behind the backs of the Whistleblowers, is also advising the officials of Australia Post how to water down or even bury the disclosures made by the whistle-blowers under the carpet. PwC could be giving advice to Australia Post officials to protect the wrongdoers in the employment of Australia Post. Who will investigate?
Australia Post does not disclose they have appointed PwC. Please correct me if this is wrong. There is no transparency at all.
Despite repeated requests I was not provided with the names of the counterparts in Australia Post of the PwC official. Why? The person/s in Australia Post whose names were hidden from me could be part of the cover ups and this is where the honesty, integrity, values, ethics, fairness, justness and transparency become questionable. PwC’s Mr. Charlie Tucker dismally failed to tell me who was/were his counterparts in Australia Post.
Now please read the following letters. Mr. Fahour’s resignation has more to it than what he himself and the media wanted us to believe. This is my view.
Mr Fahour’s predecessor Mr. Graeme John and the successor Ms Christine Holgate also failed to address corruption and crimes cover ups all along.

Dear Mr Fahour,
I have not received any response from you to my following letter. If the newspaper reports are correct your last day in office is Friday 28 July 2017. It is highly likely that by that time you will be in departing mood and your official time with Australia Post will come to an end on 28 July 2017.
If you fail to respond and fail to resolve this ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups allegations matter spanned over 11 years with numerous people in Australia Post and people outside Australia Post aware of the failures to address this under your and your predecessor's leadership the matter will continue.
It is important for you to understand that if the people in Australia Post have displayed and engaged in criminal misbehaviour, corrupt conduct, dishonesty, falsification of records, file tampering, provided falsified documents and information, obtained cash from Post office by presenting my Money Order for $30.00 paid for processing my FOI application fee and then recorded that cash obtained as compensation paid for the uninsured article and that is ongoing and unresolved for the past over 11 years and you fail to act and address that matter from 7 April 2010, which is just over two months since you took office, then you may not be able to justify that conduct before anyone in the future is my view. You also have a great responsibility when you delegate authority to the people. If those people have no impeccable record of honesty and integrity and you are made aware of that and you engage in alleged wilful blindness and keep those people in their positions you become accountable for your actions and also inactions is my view. When there is a grave concern about the alleged corrupt conduct of the people given such authority by you and you engage in wilful blindness over the period of 7 years then your own credibility becomes a matter of serious concerns. If you believe your resignation will bring end to this matter then you could be very much disappointed. If you believe your money will help you to escape investigations then that could prove to be a very much wishful thinking and if you believe the police corruption in this matter will save you then you may be underestimating the power of truth. In any event just because you leave, this matter and the mess that you have allegedly created is not expected to end your responsibility of what happened under your leadership and what happened under the previous leadership when you took the reins in February 2010.
The media portrayal of your resignation linked to your 5.6 million remuneration last year is not going to stand the scrutiny when the truth comes out. I hope you are aware of this very well. The documented alleged corruption and crimes cover ups that you have been ignoring for the past almost 7 years has brought you down is my view. What the owners will think when all the corruption becomes public is unpredictable at this point in time. The crimes cover up started with Australia Post and its Corporate Security Group CSG NSW and CSG Headquarters. You were not in Australia Post at the time but that behaviour did not get addressed when you took the reins and then you followed the similar path of Mr Graeme T. John and therefore you could not last and you had to go is my view.
Millions of people in Australia have no trust left in Mr Turnbull is my view. When he said your remuneration is “too high”, after it was made public, was to show to the people that he had no knowledge of your remuneration. I will leave people of this nation to decide how much they could trust him on that lack of information which he could have easily obtained from his friend on the Board the Hon Michael Ronaldson who stepped down as a Minister at his request only to find a place on Australia Post Board. The ordinary people of this country are clever enough to understand who they could trust.
Unless you change your mind and decide to stay on the time for you to come clean is running out is my view. I am not sure how many others are planning to make a run with you or shortly after you leave from your trusted team.
I need copies of all the unreleased documents, mobile phone number that Mr Steve Gabell called before cancelling the Redirection, the cheque, the envelope addressed to me with 38 house number and the names of the people that were caught in the criminal activities and the full disclosure and acceptance of the wrongdoings including the correct PO Box Number in Haymarket that was opened on my name. Supply of falsified documents certified by Mr Alan Barwick JP is a separate corrupt and criminal activity and that needs to be accepted to move on with the revelation of the real matter and the real story.
It is very simple as at the end of the day truth will always triumph. The PM did not come to your rescue which please remember and neither will the police in the future is my view no matter how much corrupt they were in covering up this matter. Mr Turnbull has not responded to my letters and that was the help that you got but you lost your well-paid job. What did you achieve at the end of the day by keeping this matter unresolved?
I hope you will act fast and not waste any more time. There is no shortage of people in your Melbourne HQ that will have full knowledge of the documents that I am seeking. This could be your last chance to do the right thing and please do not let this opportunity slide away from you.

Dear Mr Fahour,
There is no much time left for you to end your job with Australia Post. Your failure, spanned over almost the entire period you are the MD and CEO of Australia Post, to address corruption and crimes cover ups involving numerous people in Australia Post is expected to become the knowledge of numerous elected representatives because Australia Post is a Government Business Enterprise and people of this nation own Australia Post. Every Minister and every Senator of this nation and all those in the Opposition on the State and Federal level deserve to know the truth behind the corruption and crimes that Australia Post is covering up. Your time to come clean on this matter is running out and those who allegedly helped you from within and even from outside Australia Post could be named to justify my complaint against you if you fail to provide me with the documents involved in the criminal activities that are hidden from me and my family-the victims from 15-16 June 2006.
It is my view that your resignation has nothing to do with your remuneration because your remuneration was decided by the Australia Post Board. The blame, if any, needs to be directed at Mr David Mortimer who first appointed you in December 2009 is my view. He is also aware of the corruption and crimes cover ups for the entire period he was the Chairman of Australia Post. I kept him informed about my letters to you along with my letters to him.
In my view your resignation has also nothing to do with the length of your service with Australia Post. You mentioned seven years is a too long period for any MD and CEO to remain in the job. What about your immediate predecessor Mr Graeme T. John who was the Managing Director for around 16 years? He was also aware of the corruption and crimes cover ups is my view. Your excuse that you have done your job and it is time to hand over the reins to another person also does not hold any water because you said it was difficult and emotional to resign. If you had made plan to resign long ago then it was not expected to be difficult at all. You said you were not pushed to leave and if that was the case you could have worked for nothing and kept on going without any remuneration. This means you do not need much money at all. If this is true then why do you defend the money that was paid to you? If majority of the people view your package as excessive then there was no need to resign when money is not the issue. Just ask the owners what is reasonable and then keep doing your work at a reduced amount to keep them happy was the solution. There are millions of reasonable, highly talented and experienced owners of Australia Post and they could have been very fair in what you receive as a whole package as they know what your service standards and responsibilities are better than the Board Members is my view. Many times, the Board Members are political appointments is my view. The authority for the Board to decide the remuneration of CEO is all but over and that is a good thing is my view.
Behind every sudden, unexpected, unwarranted and poorly explained resignation there is always a hidden story and the hidden truth is my view and you are no different than the Hon Mike Baird, the Hon Kevin Rudd, the Hon Kristina Keneally, the Hon Michael Gallacher, the Hon John Faulkner, Mr Colin Neave, Mr Allan Asher, the Hon Chris Evans, the Hon Nicola Roxon, the Hon Bob Carr, the Hon John Hatzistergos, the Hon Robert McClelland and Ms Deirdre O'Donnell. There are many more but they quit at the end of their terms despite the possibility of continuing with their jobs. All those named here left prematurely and the same will be the case with you after you leave is my view. What is common with all these names is they are aware of my identity theft and cover ups of crimes and corruption that involved Australia Post. Your name is going to be added to this list when you leave. It is time for you to come clean and please do not rely on your money power to protect your credibility when you leave. In my view as the MD and CEO and as the Principal Officer for the PID Act 2013 the buck stops with you. Please use the short time that is left to do the right thing is my suggestion no matter how many others get exposed for the wrongdoings.
I am of Indian origin and that was disclosed to Mr Don Kane who was the investigator. He has allegedly become part of the systemic corruption. I was also Indian Citizen at the time and that was also disclosed to Mr Don Kane. All the corruption and crimes cover up started after he collected the real documents from Mr Gabell. No wonder he does not respond to my letters because his corruption is now documented. His boss was Mr Alan Barwick JP (NSW JP No. 175733). He has failed to respond to my letters as well. Then there are many others and the one on whom you possibly rely on is Mr Scott J Staunton- GM Security and Investigation. He was the Head of Legal and before that Deputy General Counsel. He made one flawed FOI Review decision on my matters at that time. Whatever position you give him he is the same person. He was given many opportunities to respond to my letters as well even before the PID Act came into operation. He does not respond because his corruption is very well documented is my view. Then you have your inner circle people like Mr Paul Burke and Ms Erin Kelly. They have probably realised very well that I am not going to stop for fighting for justice. Their power comes from your leadership and possibly Australia Post’s money power. Then you have a Board and Shareholder Liaison Mr Geoff Williams. He may have formed a view that his all the contacts with people in the Communications Department will help him to protect him even after you leave as they are part of the problem as well. Then you have people like Mr Andy Caprackas who left to work for Mr Mick Batskos of FOI Solutions after his corruption was exposed is my view. Then you have your lawyers like Mr Steve Brotherson and Mr Oliver Cousland who have been identified as the people who are aware of crimes and corruption. Then there is Mr Paul Gardner who wrote a letter to my solicitor with a false date and no reference number and a baseless letter that exposed him as a dishonest CSG Team Leader at the time. Then there is Mr Chris Lenton who wanted to protect Mr Barwick- his former boss from his wrongdoings. Then there are some junior players that have played a part like Mr Raj Pavarajah and Mr Romain Vula that have made FOI decision that have been dishonest and flawed.
The help that Australia Post received from the people outside post to cover up this matter is also documented. Those people are not going to help you after you leave is my view. That list is very long and will become public at some stage in the future is my view. Ms Geri Ettinger-former Senior Member of AAT who acted dishonestly and corruptly by manipulating and fabricating her decision that resulted in this matter having remained unresolved is not going to escape investigations is my view. Her documented unacceptable conduct is not yet become public. Her long-term appointment with AAT has ended this time around. Mr Batskos got lot of help from her and that is also documented. All the money that was wasted on Mr Batskos before you took office could have been better utilised to train people better when they made FOI decisions. Just like the PID Act has holes the FOI Act has many holes too. If your people rely on those gaps and holes to cover up corruption and crimes, they will never win is my view.
Australia Post engaged in covering up the real crimes and documents from me from 16 June 2006. That cover up has not stopped. More and more people have joined in the cover ups probably with the hope that you will protect all of those that will try to keep the crimes and corruption covered up. That is not going to happen and the matter will continue until the truth is revealed to me and my family. You have now the opportunity to accept Australia Post’s wrongdoings and provide all those documents that are hidden from us. If you leave without accepting Australia Post’s wrongdoings and without releasing the documents involved in the real crimes that were conveyed to us by Mr Steve Gabell and Ms Roslyn of Alexandria Delivery Facility you may pay a price and that will be very high is my view. The time will only tell what price you will have to pay.
JP Certified fabricated documents supplied to me under the FOI Act by Mr Andy Caprackas is a separate criminal activity and it was the job of Australia Post to accept that wrongdoing immediately. Both Mr Alan Barwick JP and Mr Andy Caprackas are no longer with Australia Post and you will be leaving too.
The numerous people that are involved in the corruption and crimes cover up are not going to climb in the witness box and think about you but think about themselves and their families first and try to reduce their penalties by telling the truth if the matter ends up like that way is my view. What will you do at that time if that situation eventuates?
This matter will continue as there is sufficient evidence to prove your wrongdoings and wilful blindness is my view because as the head of Australia Post you are expected to know the corruption and crimes especially when your own Mr Paul Burke is aware of the matter. He has allegedly blocked my email address so that my emails to him do not go through. That may not help him is my view.
As you are the highest authority the responsibility of addressing the wrongdoings of others ultimately lies with you. If you fail to address it then the matter will have to be put before others including the Owners of Australia Post. Please also do not forget that this whistle-blower email contact that you did not want the ordinary people to have was forced upon you by the outsiders. My contribution in that regard was acknowledged. Your external PwC people will have to do their job properly in relation to the material that is supplied to them by anyone of the alleged corruption and crimes cover ups by the employees of Australia Post even if some of them have left Australia Post. They have no right to decide about the eligibility of Whistleblowers is my view and will be expected to record full details and open files and at that time people like Mr Rod Lemish and others cannot access the emails and respond dishonestly as what is now happening. The credibility of some of your Authorised Officers for the PID Act 2013 has already been lost is my view.
Even if my complaint is not considered under PID Act the solid substance will force people to act outside the PID Act to investigate the people is my view. Mr Lemish has already lost his credibility therefore he is the person that may have to be stood down is my view even before you leave. He is already allegedly abusing his authority by responding to the letters that are not for him as per the following example.
This letter will give you an excellent opportunity to release all the documents that Australia Post is hiding. If you fail to respond personally and fail to release the documents in full it could mean the end of your chance to do the right thing and if that happens it will have consequences in the future and you may have to pay a very big price of losing your credibility completely is my view.
Please think about the prospects of you losing your credibility, standing in the society, standing in your community, talking about your values, honesty, integrity, fairness and justness publicly in the future if you walk away without resolving this matter. It is never too late for you to accept that Australia Post has been dishonest, corrupt, immoral, unethical, unfair, unjust and unreasonable from 16 June 2006 except the initial honesty shown by Mr Gabell and Ms Roslyn. If you accept this it may start the process of resolution is my view.
I hope that you will not take any risk of compromising your credibility and integrity beyond repair to protect others no matter who they are and no matter what positions they hold and no matter how much rich they are and no matter how many there are.
I wish you good luck to show courage and leave Australia Post only after this unresolved matter is resolved.

This letter continued for few more pages. I will try to share that part in the future if necessary.
The above letters were never responded to and the matter remained unresolved. There are numerous Members of Parliament, Senators and the people in the media aware of the injustice, cover ups, wrongdoings and the dismal failures of Australia Post officials to resolve the matter.
Ms Christine Corbett to whom my emails were copied was the Chief Customer Officer at the time. Her dismal failure to address these matters is very well documented. She left her 1.5 million a year job at Australia Post after failing to respond to my letters. My complaint against her was ignored by Ms. Christine Holgate who was the former MD and Group CEO of Australia Post after Mr Fahour left.
This is why we need the People Power to hold the wrongdoers to account. Please help my family to get justice and help us to eradicate corruption in our country.
Please sign my petition in large numbers and please share it with as many others as possible.
This unprecedented fight for justice and fight to get the truth out will never stop. This fight, as you can see, is all documented and no one has challenged me for the authenticity of the material shared by me so far.
This fight for justice has a potential to help millions of other people in our country that are the victims of corruption and cover ups.
I thank my 43,158 strong supporters for their support and help. Please continue to help because one day you could become a victim and no one will care if the corrupt people are allowed to cover up this matter for ever.
The biggest challenge we face today is to fight corruption because people with money and high positions are not exposed the way they need to be and this is why our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt all the time.
Blowing the whistle is important and helping the corruption fighters in whatever way possible is good for our nation.
