Please find below my letter to many Australia Post officials sent recently. None of them has cared to respond. These employees are aware of the corruption, unacceptable conduct, fabrication of records, flawed FOI decisions, corrupt conduct of the Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal who protected Australia Post, corrupt conduct of Australia Post officials and so on. Many of them may have actively taken part in protecting Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms. Christine Holgate from getting exposed for their unacceptable conduct as well.
It is important to note that more and more revelations about PwC are coming to light where their Conflict of Interest is suspected while providing advice to the businesses and then the government obtaining services and products from the same businesses.
Australia Post allegedly lacks transparency when they have contracted PwC for taking calls from the Whistleblowers without telling the people of this nation that it is the PwC officials that take calls and collect information from the whistleblower. Australia Post expects the ordinary people to believe that the PwC only gathers information and passes it on to the Authorised officers of Australia Post. Australia Post will not make the names of their Authorised officers public.
This system lacks honesty, integrity, transparency, values, fairness and is unethical, unjust and unreasonable is my view.
Here are the names of Australia Post’s Authorised officers that are part of the alleged unacceptable conduct. They may be still holding the delegation or held the delegation in the past to act as the Authorised officials. They are selected by the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post who is the Principal Officer for the Public Interest Disclosure.
The whistleblowers may not know where the information provided to PwC officials could end up. In my fight for justice, I know the officials directly involved in the alleged cover ups were delegated such authority. It is my understanding that many are corporate lawyers or Managers or even external lawyers engaged on part time basis from the Law firms that get appointed as Australia Post employees for a short or long-term engagements. This all goes on without being open to the people that want to blow the whistle.
The names that I am aware of the authorised officers include:
1. Mr. Scott J. Staunton- Directly involved. Special Counsel now. Many positions in the past
2. Mr. Evan Henley-Directly Involved-Left Australia Post
3. Rod Lemish-Directly involved. Corporate Lawyer
4. Rebecca Best-External from law firm. No longer with Australia Post
5. Nick Macdonald-General Counsel. Does not respond to my letters at all.
Now please read my letter to the many employees of Australia Post who are made aware of corruption and cover ups but they have not responded to my numerous letters to them.

Dear all at Australia Post,
The following is my update posted yesterday on 27 May 2023 to my petition to Ms Christine Holgate-former MD and Group CEO of Australia Post and your former leader. Her failed leadership and then the resignation with “Immediate Effect” by giving baseless reasons for her resignation will come undone as the people of this nation deserve to know her dark side as well.
Your flawed and allegedly corrupted Whistle-blower reporting system at the time deserves national condemnation. Why do you need PwC to just collect information and provide it to Australia Post’s Authorised officials? Do you think Australians are that stupid to believe this? I have seen firsthand how PwC officials breached the rules myself.
You want to hide the PwC name. You call them External Provider. Below is what your own current officially provided information.
The Whistleblower Hotline is managed by an external provider, who will direct your concerns to an Australia Post Group Authorised Officer.
And what about if that Authorised Officer’s name is hidden from the Whistleblower by your external provider? (PwC). What about if the Authorised Officer is part of the corruption and crimes cover ups? What about your MD and Group CEO who is the Principal Officer delegates his/her authority to the Authorised Officer with the full knowledge that the person is morally bankrupt and corrupt?
Please wake up is my request to you all. Please stop cheating the owners of Australia Post-the Citizens of this country. You all have the responsibility to adhere to your own Ethical Standards, your own rules on corruption and crimes reporting, your own rules to see that the mail is delivered and not hidden form June 2006 in this matter, your own rules for helping the victims where Australia Post is successfully used by the criminals. Australia Post accepted Indonesian Passport on my name that was fraudulently obtained. After realising the blunder your people decided to cover up the matter. That cover up is worse than the crimes committed against my family by my imposter because you all were made aware of the names of the people that were handling this matter in Australia Post. Each one of them has played a part in hiding the truth. Your silence deserves to be exposed to the people of this nation and all the elected representatives because Australia Post employees are not above the law. That includes Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate. Their running away from a multimillion dollar a year job that they loved was not a normal straight forward resignation is my view.
Just like PwC, you will be placed under the spot light very soon because I have given you numerous opportunities to come clean but you all have ignored me despite the ongoing corruption in Australia Post. To cover up the REAL documents, hide the envelope addressed to me from 15 June 2006 with a cheque inside on my name, provision of falsified documents certified by your own former State Manager NSW/ACT Mr. Alan Barwick JP, not providing the requested documents under the FOI act, not telling me who was caught at the PO Box opened on my name at Haymarket PostShop, not telling me who submitted the application to redirect our mail at a post office that was NOT Haymarket, not telling me who created falsified documents, not caring that my family has been placed in perpetual pain and suffering and psychological torture by hiding the truth for the past close to SEVENTEEN years.
You know the number of main players that have left Australia Post jobs after failing to stop me from fighting for justice and the truth. I hope you all will lift your standards while working for Australia Post very soon.
There is no shortage of the unacceptable conduct of PwC officials that allegedly tried to protect the corrupt people in Australia Post. What advise PwC gives behind the scenes and without the knowledge of the whistle-blowers to Australia Post needs to be investigated.
Our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year. Please do not take any part in any activities that will make our country more corrupt on the international stage is my suggestion to you all. All the in-house lawyers of Australia Post involved in this matter are very well aware of the breaches of the laws in this matter is my view.
Copy of this letter will be sent to people of my choice to give them a golden opportunity to give me a voice in the Parliament.
Once again, I must tell you that I am after the truth and all the documents involved in this matter to move forward. Provision of falsified documents is a separate crime connected to this matter.
The following people that I am aware of have left their jobs at Australia Post after failing to tell me the truth that they were allegedly aware of or have the authority to find out. I hope you will not join those. Please tell me the truth.

Ms Holgate & Mr Fahour, PwC & Australia Post are not above the law. Whistle-blowing is important

My update dated May 27, 2023 with the above title was included in this letter. No one cared to respond.
Both Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour were given numerous opportunities to respond but they chose to leave their jobs without responding to my concerns.
I thank my 43201 strong supporters. Please keep supporting and sharing this petition and updates to others. The money power of PwC and Australia Post should not allow them to hide the truth.
Not a single politician has shown any willingness to raise this matter in the parliament. I have made such a request to many but they have remained silent all along.
On one hand they want to expose PwC in other situations but not when it comes to Australia Post and the Whistle-blowers.
Please listen to the following link and it is time to ask Australia Post and our politicians as to why Australia Post wants to hide the name of PwC as their whistle-blower service provider from the people of Australia who are the Owners of Australia Post.
Australia Post officials involved in the cover ups were delegated authority by both Mr. Fahour and Ms Holgate to be Authorised officers. This act of both these former MDs and Group CEOs was unacceptable because these same officials were allegedly protecting both Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate all along.
The people that formed a brick wall around the office of Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate so that they remain protected was against any basic rules under which the Government Business Enterprise is expected to operate. This is my view.
My Confidential letters to Mr. Ahmed Fahour and the former Chairman Mr. David Mortimer were responded by Mr. Geoff Williams-Board & Shareholder Liaison. He was fully involved to stop me from fighting corruption in Australia Post. He was provided my letters without my authority and his unacceptable alleged corrupt conduct in the responses he provided is very well documented. He has no courage to respond to my letters about his alleged gross misconduct. In my view he is unethical, dishonest, unfit and unsuitable for the job but Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate had no hesitation to keep him because he was allegedly protecting them.
He is the same person who wrote NFA (No Furter Action) on my letter dated 18 September 2010 to Mr. Fahour which was my comprehensive response to the Review conducted on these unresolved matters, four years after the matter remained unresolved.
Mr Williams also hide the death of my contact person where the cause was suicide.
The big question is why are our politicians silent? Why is the media silent? Why did the watchdogs breached their own rules and engaged in unacceptable conduct to protect Australia Post?
This matter will continue because we want a corruption free Australia Post and also corruption free Australia.
It is time to investigate the dark sides of both Mr Fahour, Ms Holgate and number of other Australia Post officials- past and present about their gross misconduct and this is why we need People Power to get answers.
The news around Mr Fahour’s and Ms Holgate’s abrupt resignations from Australia Post deserves full scale investigations. In my view these resignations linked to Mr. Fahour’s $5.6 million remuneration and Ms. Holgate’s gifts of $20,000 worth of Cartier watches to four employees of Australia Post was nothing close to the truth.
Both these MDs and CEOs were sitting on documented corruption and crimes cover ups involving Australia Post officials. This went on for TEN long years under their leaderships. No one can change this fact and the truth.
The Prime Minister of Australia has no authority to either appoint or terminate Australia Post CEO. There was no need for Ms Holgate to care what PM Morrison was saying at all. She said she has done nothing wrong. Why resign then? The Board od Australia Post did not ask her to resign.
The politicians and the media that gave voice to Ms Holgate are not giving me the voice. That is not called independence and impartiality. I am fully entitled for the voice in the parliament. This discrimination is unacceptable and needs national condemnation is my view.
The lost trust in the media and the politicians is affecting our democracy and we need to act and say NO to corruption together to save our democracy from any further destruction. We deserve corruption free Australia and no one should be above the law.
On 14 June 2023, in just three more days, this fight for justice will complete SEVENTEEN YEARS. Those involved in the corruption and crimes cover ups need to be investigated.
This is an unprecedented fight against corruption and for justice where my identity theft and the cover ups are known to numerous people in this country but they are all silent. Who are the criminals?
If anyone in our country believes that Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour are innocent, please think again is my suggestion.
Please help to improve the quality of democracy in our country which is derailing.
Please help my family to get justice that is denied from June 2006.
