Australia Post’s former CEO Mr Ahmed Fahour was paid TEN times more than the Prime Minister of Australia and Ms Christine Holgate, despite being paid half of what Mr Fahour was paid, was Five times more than the PM of Australia.
Is the job of CEO of Australia Post five or ten times tougher than that of the Prime Minister of Australia? Despite this very high remuneration they dismally failed to address corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials in my ID theft matters. This continued for TEN long years under their leaderships and then both of them resigned. Who will investigate these resignations to find out what was boiling for years and why they failed to hold Auspost officials to account and then became part of them by remaining silent on this serious matter?
Today, I am sharing my letter I wrote to the Senior Australia Post officials. They all have left Australia Post jobs after allegedly covering up the truth behind my identity theft initiated by other Australia Post officials. These senior officials allegedly violated even the very basic rules of Australia Post where they were expected to be moral, ethical, honest and law abiding. They all worked under the leaderships of Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. Few of them were in the inner circle of both Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate.
There are only five names here in the following letter. There are many more that have also left Australia Post jobs. I will come to those names later.
The postie that dumped the letters in a wheelie bin has been suspended. High level investigations will possibly prove him guilty of unacceptable conduct and even criminal misconduct is highly likely.
The postie could even be terminated with criminal record because of all the publicity surrounding the dumping of the letters is likely. AFP is called to investigate as per the news. Australia Post falls under Commonwealth laws. In my view many high-ranking officials involved in my ID theft matters must be investigated to see if they have breached Commonwealth laws including Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate.
The following senior officials were allowed to leave Australia Post jobs despite allegedly involved in the unacceptable conduct of serious proportions. They are expected to know the truth and they had every resource to tell me if the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on the letter to my solicitor was genuine or a forgery. They all remained silent just like Ms Christine Holgate did. She resigned with “Immediate Effect”. She failed dismally to hold these employees to account and was even allegedly using at least some of them to protect her is my view.
The media is silent on the departures of these people from Australia Post despite knowing my concerns. Lost trust in the media is nothing new to the people of our nation. The platform was given to Ms Holgate to attack the Prime Minister and the Chairman of Australia Post for her resignation by the media. The same media is remaining silent on Ms Holgate’s alleged gross misconduct is the proof that they are not independent and impartial.
This includes ABC, Daily Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian, Channel 9, Sky News etc.
The FAKE NEWS published by these media outlets mentions that Ms Holgate left because she gifted four Cartier Watches to four employees of Australia Post that was disliked by the PM, many Coalition members and the Opposition as well. No one wants to accept that it was the No.1 FAKE NEWS of the year 2020. The same media linked Mr Fahour’s resignation to his previously undisclosed $5.6 million remuneration. He was succeeded by Ms. Christine Holgate. No one in the media has any courage to expose the alleged dark sides of Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. They have enough time, space, resources, money and energy to expose posties doing the wrong things.

Dear Ex or part time employees of Australia Post,
I am of the view that all of you have now left Australia Post but emails sent to you are successfully going through on your previous “auspost” email address. Please correct me if you are no longer employees/contactor of Australia Post but still allowed to keep your email address active with the full consent and permission from Australia Post’s MD & Group CEO Ms Christine Holgate.
Now please look at my following update on Change.org platform posted yesterday on 30 May 2020. If you have any regrets for allegedly keeping the truth covered up while holding senior positions at Australia Post it is time to convey those regrets to me now.
Your silence and involvement in stopping me to get the truth out will be eventually questioned by the people of this nation if not by Ms Holgate.
I have no intention of stopping my fight for justice. It will be 14 years on 15 June 2020 for this matter to have remained unresolved if the truth is not revealed to me and my family by then. The part that you have played in this matter is documented and that is damaging enough already to your credibility is my view.
The following update and the document posted is the proof that even my first FOI Application was very hard to respond to and the fabrication that started in 2006 has never been addressed. No matter where you work, this matter has stuck to your names for ever. At the time when the truth is revealed it could be too late for you to save your credibility. If you want to reduce the impact on what you all may have to face then please come clean now is my suggestion.
Unfortunately, you all may lose control on the future movements of this matter is my view and even many people put together with the money power of Mr Fahour may not be enough to protect your credibility is my view.
The damage that you have allegedly contributed to inflict on my family by allegedly hiding the truth cannot be measured in dollars. I am hereby putting all of you on notice that I will share my concerns with you with the people of my choice and the time that suits me with the documentary evidence of the part that you have allegedly played in ruining our lives by hiding the truth that you were expected to know in the course of your employment with Australia Post.
You are requested to read all my updates that followed my petition to Ms Holgate which you are aware of. You can access my petition just by typing in Google “Petition Vasant Wagh”. There could be people in the HQ of Australia Post that may know why you left Australia Post jobs is highly likely. Stopping whistle-blowers for ever will be very difficult for you is my view.
If you had done your jobs with absolute honesty, integrity and values by adhering to your own rules you may not have placed yourselves in such position is my view.
My patience has not run out therefore I will try my best to get the truth out. The exodus from Australia Post of senior people will not go unnoticed which please note.
We followed your processes and your people breached the rules which you are aware of. This fact is documented.
I hope you have realised that leaving Australia Post jobs is not enough for you to be held to account in the future.
I sincerely request you to come clean now because even the death of Mr Croxford was hidden from me and any inquest into that death will never be complete until I get the opportunity to give witness. That file number was provided to me by Coroners Court of Victoria. If I am able to raise some money, I could get an excellent lawyer to open that file or try some other person to open that file at the time that suits me. I will have no hesitation to name the people in Australia Post to be brought in the witness boxes which you must keep in mind.
My family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture is not the subject of this letter. The way you all have allegedly contributed to destroy our lives will be the matter for future investigations. Please always remember that the “Truth Always Triumphs”.
The weak foundation on which the fabricated story was built by your people has already collapsed. The part that you all played in supporting that story could form the reason for questioning you all in the future.
None of you have even cared to tell me if the signature on the letter to my solicitor of Mr Paul Gardner is genuine or a forgery. Your honesty has already gone into flames is my view. If you still continue to hide the truth then you all will do it at your own peril is my view.
I will wait till Friday 5 June 2020 for a response from you. If you do not respond or even make a contact with me, I may consider that you are not going to respond. My path is very clear and I have never deviated from that path from 15 June 2006. Mr Fahour’s path hit a dead end and the path taken by Ms Holgate will also hit the dead end soon is my view. As you left her it is expected that she will not hesitate to hold you to account for leaving mess behind. I am ready to help her to hold you to account if she gathers strength to meet me.

Dear Supporters,
As you all can see that the rules for the postie and the senior managers are not the same at Australia Post. Big names covering up the truth and crimes are allowed to leave without any investigations. Why so many senior officials are allegedly protected by Ms Holgate and also Mr Fahour?
In my view the simple reason is they have become part of the team to cover up the truth. When it became too difficult to continue the cover ups any longer, they both found baseless excuses to resign. They failed to mention anything about the cover ups and crimes they were made aware of during the entire period they were the MDs & Group CEOs of Australia Post. That combined period is TEN long years. Seven years under Mr Fahour and three years under Ms Holgate.
Where is Ms Leigh Sales of ABC? Where is Ms Peta Credlin of Sky news? They have not shown any courage to expose corruption brought to their attention time and again. There are many others too in other media outlets failing to give me a voice. Ms Leigh Sales and Ms Peta Credlin gave a platform to Ms Holgate but not to me to hear my concerns about Ms Holgate. Why is Ms Leigh sales leaving ABC’s 7:30 report after the election?
The Liberal Senator for New South Wales has failed to respond to my letters to her sent after she called the PM a bully, unfit for the office and ruthless. She is Senator the Hon Concetta Fierravanti-Wells. She knows my fight for justice from January 2012 along with many others as well. She failed to represent my family in the Senate for all these years. She gets paid to represent the people of NSW. If she is not afraid of calling a PM a bully and unfit for the office in the Senate, who is she afraid of when it comes to my ID theft cover ups? Why is she silent on the destruction of democracy in our country in this matter?
Successive governments have failed to act on this matter resulting in the continuation of the cover ups and protection given to the wrongdoers. It is time to expose corruption because we need a strong democracy in our country where ordinary people fighting corruption and fighting for justice are heard and given the voice they are entitled to.
I sincerely thank my 39794 supporters that have signed my petition and encouraged me to fight for justice. There is enough evidence of wrongdoings on multiple levels of the democratic processes used by us in this matter.
Mr Paul Gardner has also left Australia Post after failing to respond to my many letters. He does not want to tell me if the signature on the letter to my solicitor, where his name and position appears below the signature is signed by him or it is forged by someone else.
The investigator in this matter was Mr. Don Kane. My solicitor wrote to him but he never ever responded to my solicitor’s letters. Mr Kane’s boss was Mr Alan Barwick JP who certified fabricated documents without disclosing his conflict of interest.
The best place to start is to investigate AUSTRALIA POST officials- past and present. It is time to prove that “Nobody is above the law”.
