The well-publicised reasons of Ms Holgate’s and Mr Fahour’s resignation as the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post never added up and will not add up. What is then the truth? Please follow my petition to Ms. Christine Holgate and the updates to see the in-depth corruption and cover ups they sat on during the entire period they held the top job at Australia Post. You will realise that there was much more boiling behind the scenes. That period is Ten years between them. Seven years under Mr. Fahour and three under Ms Holgate.
Mr Fahour’s 5.6 million a year remuneration or Ms Holgate gifting of $20,000 worth of Cartier watches has nothing to do with their resignations is my view. The media will not go against their own fake news. Many in the media and in the Parliament House gave voice to Ms Holgate including many Senators but when they saw and read my written concerns about Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour, they simply remained silent.
Last week I shared with you my letter sent to five senior officials of Australia Post that have left their jobs at Australia Post after failing to act on documented cover ups.
Today, I am sharing my letter sent to nine senior employees of Australia Post. Most of them are highly likely still working for Australia Post. This letter is dated 28 March 2022. No one responded.
To all those new to this matter and my petition to Ms Christine Holgate please note that this matter involves my Identity theft where Australia Post officials are allegedly covering up corruption, crimes and the truth from my family from June 2006. Many have left their jobs already without telling us the truth.
Fraudulently obtained Indonesian passport on my name was used at Australia Post to commit offences. I was informed about this by Australia Post official but then other officials got involved in the investigation and they initiated the cover ups that are not ending. My entire family’s mail was redirected to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney using that passport as a photo ID. I believe Australia Post was told by my imposter that he was changing his home and needs a redirection of mail. There was an envelope addressed to me with a cheque inside. It had a wrong house number that does not exist in the street we live. This is why the matter was identified as fraud/crime because this envelope was taken back to Alexandria Delivery Facility of Australia Post by the postman as it could not be delivered because of the non-existent house number. There was an active mail redirection to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney with my name and other correct address with the same incorrect house number 38. Australia Post officials are hiding all these documents and also the cheque from me and my family to cover up the truth. How could this happen in our country and our democracy?
Deliberately not delivering my mail is against the Commonwealth laws.
Wrong house number does not matter because I am the only Vasant Wagh in whole of Australia from 1985.
Prior to this matter coming to light my wife was fighting for justice and for answers from her former employer Randwick City Council for her bad treatment by her bosses and the Human Resources Manager. She appointed a lawyer and the Council had their lawyer. My wife requested for a “Conduct Committee” to hear her issues as per the Council’s procedures. In one week after that request was made our mail was redirected so that all the letters from our lawyer, Council, Council’s lawyer and all the other mail would have ended up in the PO Box on my name in Haymarket without our knowledge.
Australia Post’s Mr. Steve Gabell of ADF immediately cancelled the Mail redirection but they were going to keep the PO Box operating to catch the people in the act of opening that fraudulently opened PO Box on my name. Please note that the cheque on my name was planned to end up in this PO Box.
My numerous requests to tell me who opened the PO Box and if that person had anything to do with Randwick City Council have never been responded to by anyone in Australia Post including the Investigator Mr Don Kane and his former boss Mr Alan Barwick JP.
Mr Barwick was the State Manager NSW/ACT of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG based in Strawberry Hills in Sydney. He even certified fabricated documents as a JP, without disclosing his conflict of interest in the matter, for giving those to me via Australia Post’s former National FOI Officer and Legal Officer Mr Andy Caprackas in response to my Freedom of Information application.
What is the benefit of so many Australia Post officials to cover up the criminal activities for all these years? Why are they choosing to leave their highly paid and long-term jobs but not tell us the TRUTH? Who are the criminals that they must protect?
After repeated requests to respond to the letters sent by my solicitor to Mr Don Kane-Investigator to provide documents, only one baseless response was received from Mr Paul Gardner. It is now alleged that this letter with the signature of Mr Paul Gardner is with forged signature of Mr Gardner. I asked him and numerous others about the authenticity of the letter and the signature including Ms Holgate. No one responded. Mr Gardner left the job and joined Suncorp.
If Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour had nothing to hide then they would have stayed in their jobs and not resign by giving baseless reasons is my view.
On the Transparency International CPI-Corruption Perception Index Australia has recorded its worst ever score. Australia is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year for a number of years. Successive governments have failed to act on curbing the corruption.
The establishment of a Federal ICAC is promised time and again but it is never established.
Australia received its lowest score ever in the 2021 CPI (73 out of 100), placing 18th in the world. Since 2012, Australia's score has dropped 12 points and its rank in the CPI has fallen 11 places. This means in 2012 Australia was on 85 out of 100 and on ranked 7th in the world.
It is important for everyone in our country to denounce this decline jointly with one voice and help all those fighting corruption and blowing the whistles. Every side of politics has failed to stop our country perceived as getting more and more corrupt on the international stage. This affects all of us.
My family is fighting against the corruption from June 2006. It was Australia Post that started the cover ups and the cancer of corruption spread to many other places where we went to get the truth out and to get justice. These were the democratic processes that we kept on following and using but we kept on hitting the brick walls at every stage of our fight for justice. This fact has made this matter of immense Public Interest. Why everyone joined hands to cover up the truth, make corrupt and criminal decisions and hide the truth?
I decided to continue this fight for justice for my family as it was not possible to accept the documented police corruption, judicial corruption, corruption in the watchdogs, unacceptable conduct of many in the Parliament House, unacceptable brush off letters from the elected representatives, silence of successive Prime Ministers on Australia Post officials’ unacceptable conduct including that of Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. The unacceptable conduct of numerous other Australia Post officials has continued to this day.
This unprecedented ID theft cover up has gone out of control because no one has shown any genuine desire to resolve the matter. Numerous Senators, Members of Parliament and Ministers have dismally failed to act despite understanding our pain and suffering and psychological torture. Their failure was deliberate and their silence was against the standards expected from them as the elected representatives. Many chose to leave the politics altogether but not put their hand up to help us and expose corruption. This includes people from all sides of politics.
There are many names but let me first start with those that still work for Australia Post. Many have legal qualifications. They are expected to know how many laws are breached by Australia Post officials over the years. Many in-house lawyers have left their Australia Post jobs after failing to act and failing to release the documents involved in the matters to my family. We are entitled to be given all the information and at least the copies of the documents involved in this matter including the envelope with cheque inside addressed to me.

The following is my update posted yesterday on 27 March 2022. I hope you will tell me the truth and provide me with the real documents involved.
If you are planning to leave Australia Post job it will not really matter wherever you go. This matter is your knowledge and that fact does not change.
The truth is known to numerous people and that should be very concerning to you if you keep on hiding it. This is my view.
The damage inflicted on my family by the people in power, by the people hiding the truth, by the people remaining silent and by the people protecting the corrupt and criminal people is enormous.
All of you one day may pay a price for your alleged unacceptable conduct of keeping the truth covered up. Your failure to respond to my letters will become public one day. Please come clean now is my request to you all.

Your silence on the REAL documents involved is a very serious matter and it deserves to be brought to the attention of the nation as a starting point. You know how many people involved have left their lucrative Auspost jobs over the years. Your two former bosses, who were ready to work for free for Australia Post, took millions in payouts. They will never get away from the damage they inflicted on my family while holding the positions of MD & Group CEOs. NEVER.
If you keep protecting them it will only damage your credibility is my confidence.

I contacted the above named many times but they did not stick to their own rules governing their jobs at Australia Post. What is their benefit in protecting the wrongdoers? What is so compelling for them to breach Australia Post’s Ethical Standards?
What values they will pass onto the people working on the lower levels and the lower positions at Australia Post?
If the bosses are allegedly corrupt, what impact do you expect on the people working on the lower levels?
My petition and documented corruption are open for anyone to see and read. It is full of first-hand experience gained in fighting corruption from JUNE 2006. Why are these senior officials silent? Are they protecting their millionaire former bosses?
Where is our media? Where are our Ministers, MPs and Senators? Where are all the expert investigative journalists gone? Why no one has any courage to denounce the corruption? Where is our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP and the Leader of the Opposition the Hon Anthony Albanese MP? Why are they silent?
This fight will continue because it is worth fighting to make our country corruption free. It is worth holding the people in the Parliament House to account. It is worth exposing criminals and all those protecting the criminals as well. It does not matter who they are, how much money they have, how many contacts they have and what positions they hold or held in the past.
What efforts Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour are ready to put in to make Australia corruption free? They are migrants just like my family. They have money, resources, high positions and connections. Why are they protecting corrupt Australia Post officials?
Will they accept their dismal failures to lead by example while working as MDs and Group CEOs of Australia Post? Will they accept the documented corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials from June 2006 and then continued under their leaderships for TEN long years?
Running away from the jobs they loved by resigning was easy. Justifying the reasons they gave for their resignations will not be easy. I challenge them to answer my questions publicly about why they failed to resolve this matter.
The people power is the answer because all the other democratic processes have failed so far to get the truth out.
This can happen to anyone at any time therefore a strong deterrent is necessary and that will mean holding people to account that are participating in the cover ups, remaining silent about the truth that is hidden, hiding the documents involved in the REAL matter and ruining our lives to protect the wrongdoers.
This matter could have been resolved in as little as 48 hours if Australia Post officials came clean on 15-16 June 2006. This did not happen and the cancer of dishonesty and corruption has continued to spread for all these years.
One day the corruption will be laid bare for all to see is my confidence because the TRUTH ALWAYS TRIUMPHS.
I sincerely thank all my supporters and well-wishers for their encouragement to fight for justice and to fight for the truth. My supporter number is growing fast and stands at 39948. Please sign my petition in large numbers because no matter who wins the election on 21 May 2022 this fight will never stop until the truth comes out.
If Labor party wins, they will have no more excuse to say we are not in the government. If Liberal National Party Coalition wins, they will have no excuse to keep protecting past and present Australia Post officials that have engaged in the unacceptable cover ups.
