Please take time to read and see the following links. Ms Christine Holgate-former Managing Director and Group CEO of Australia Post has been given a platform by the media, many Senators and even ABC- “Your ABC”.
I am also including my recent letter to many politicians for giving me a voice. The constituents of all these politicians are also the owners of Australia Post. The corruption and cover ups anywhere in Australia Post affects us all.
My ongoing fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and crimes cover ups, initiated by Australia Post officials, is well known to numerous people in the Parliament House for many years now.
The matter started as follows:
1. I received an answering machine message on 14 June 2006 on my home landline number to contact Mr Steve of Australia Post in relation to redirection of mail.
2. On 15 June 2006 there were many telephone call exchanges between my son and Mr Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF about the mail redirection. It was identified that someone fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name and used it as a Photo ID to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney city. That PO Box was also opened using that passport.
3. On 16 June 2006 a comprehensive report about this fraud/crime was handed over to the Investigator Mr Don Kane of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW. I had a fairly long discussion with Mr Don Kane only once on 16 June 2006. His job was to help me and resolve this matter. His Boss at the time was Mr Alan Barwick JP. Mr Barwick was the State Manager of Australia Post CSG NSW.
4. The cover ups started to hide the truth from that date and the people joining hands to hide the truth has grown over almost fifteen long years. No contact was made by the investigator or anyone else after 16 June 2006.
Ms Holgate and Mr. Ahmed Fahour-Ms Holgate’s predecessor resigned their jobs with BASELESS reasons. Numerous people in our country are aware of the cover ups. When this matter started in June 2006 the long-term Managing Director of Australia Post was Mr Graeme T. John.
After his retirement I believed Mr Fahour will show leadership and resolve the matter. He failed to resolve it and abruptly resigned after seven years in the job. At the same time his 5.6 million dollars yearly remuneration was made public. As per his own statements this remuneration was not the reason for his resignation. What were the TRUE reasons then?
Media linked his resignation to his previously undisclosed remuneration of 5.6 million. That was a FAKE NEWS because the same media was not ready to give me a voice.
Ms Holgate took over from Mr. Fahour and continued the same wrong path of covering up the truth. She was contacted numerous times by me to give me a voice but she failed. Her all the paths of covering up the truth were hitting the dead ends. The people in the Parliament House probably shut their doors to Australia Post officials to help them to keep covering up this matter is highly likely.
Ms Holgate was a dismal failure to address corruption within Australia Post. Her inner circle officials, that were also close to Mr Fahour, started leaving their long-term jobs at Australia Post. She wanted them to stay is my view but they were part of the cover ups and had no way to stop me fighting their cover ups.
Disgraceful conduct of many high-ranking Australia Post officials, past and present, is very well documented.
Then came this story of Cartier watches given as gifts by Ms Holgate. This was TWO years ago. It was blown out of proportion by many including the PM that knew Ms Holgate’s failures long before the Cartier watches become the issue. There was no foundation to this story at all. Ms Holgate then had an easy escape route and she took it with the lightning speed. RESIGNATION with “IMMEDIATE EFFECT” to make a run was the path she took. This is my view.
Media jumped on the story and another FAKE NEWS became talk of the nation. Ms Holgate was condemned by people from many sides of the politics for these Cartier watches she gifted. It did not take long for these people in the Parliament House to realise that they were wrong or at least over the board but why Ms Holgate did not hit back straight away by saying I am not standing down or stepping aside, I have never accepted to stand down, I am not going anywhere, I am going to work as usual, you sack me if you want and I will see you in the courts. Why she had to resign? How her position became untenable when nothing was proven against her at the time of her resignation.
This is where Ms Holgate’s resignation reasons do not add up. She dismally failed to lead by example, breached her own ethical standards, corporate governance, crimes resolving responsibilities, listening to me, possibly relying on morally bankrupt people in Australia Post to protect her, possibly relying on morally bankrupt people in the Parliament House and others in Australia Post as well while keeping silent all along on my ID Theft cover up matters.
Her failures were known to numerous people and all her innocence that she wants to express by linking her resignation to Cartier watches will be exposed as the time goes is my confidence. If she did not want any compensation when she resigned what has now changed for her to consider legal action on Australia Post and even the government? Is that not for the compensation in millions?
As the Group CEO and MD of Australia Post she was fully responsible to address corruption and crimes cover ups brought to her attention by me time and again when her other numerous officials failed to act and resolve the matter.
Ms. Holgate has no excuse to hide the truth where my family has suffered from June 2006 by the gross misconduct of numerous officials of Australia Post that were known to her. Why she protected them? Why she became part of the cover ups? Why she failed to act and respond to my letters, faxes, emails, calls and SMS messages?
Her silence only added to her failure to lead Australia post with honesty, integrity and values.
Will Ms Laura Tingle and/or Ms Leigh Sales give me the same platform that ABC gave to Ms Holgate? If not why not? Are they not expected to be independent and impartial? They say it is “Your ABC”. If it is our ABC then why they cannot listen to me and my story about fifteen years of fight against injustice and fighting corruption in our country-Australia?
Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms Christine Holgate are considered as highly regarded people. Where is their honesty, integrity and values then gone? Why they failed to address corruption while at the top in Australia Post? Why they remained silent on the crimes committed by Australia Post officials?
Why they failed to see me despite numerous requests and opportunities given to them by me?
Who will expose them for their alleged gross misconduct? What is the truth they know that people in the Parliament House are afraid of?
If $20,000 expense on Cartier watches was so much unacceptable why then the corruption and crimes cover up is acceptable to the people in the Parliament House? Why our democracy failed consistently from June 2006 to date to get a resolution to my ID Theft?
How much money was spent to cover up corruption and crimes by the officials of Australia Post?
Where is ABC? Why there is one law for the rich and famous and another for the ordinary people like my family?
Where is our Prime Minister in all this? Who are his advisors? Why is he silent? I request the Honourable Prime Minister Scott Morrison MP to give me a voice to expose corruption in our country that is ongoing in my ID theft cover ups.
There is no need for the Federal ICAC for this matter as numerous things are already documented. Corruption, crimes, fabrications, records tampering, lying, cheating, breaches of the laws, rules, moral and ethical standards, judicial corruption, police corruption, AAT corruption, ADT’s unacceptable conduct, corruption in OAIC, forged signatures, fraudulent use of the letterheads etc. is all documented.
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour failed to show leadership and have allegedly become part of the cover ups by their failures to act.
All those in the media that have protected Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate will one day pay a price because once the trust is lost it will take very long time to restore it is my view. Many journalists are losing their jobs and support from their employers or leaving their jobs. Why?
All those Senators that gave voice to Ms Holgate have dismally failed to give me a voice. That is called unacceptable discrimination, abuse of power and authority and failures to do their jobs for which they get paid for. They have failed to address corruption in our country. All those wanting to have a Federal ICAC should look themselves in the mirror first is my suggestion and that includes many in all sides of politics. This includes many Ministers, Members of Parliament and many Senators that are aware of my fight for justice. They have failed to raise this matter in the Parliament despite the cancer of ID Thefts is spread all over Australia and the world.
This national disgrace must be denounced by the people of the nation as a starting point. If nobody is above the law then why not start from Australia Post to test that statement?
The cleaning up of Australia Post HQ with a fine comb is essential despite many have already left after sitting on this matter for many years. Their address is 111 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3001. Documentary evidence of the people with their names that have failed to act will be shared so that these people that move in the society as the symbol of honesty and integrity are exposed for what they truly are.
The new Acting leader is no different. He is Mr Rodney Boys. He was appointed after Ms Holgate was stood down. Ms Holgate says that action was illegal. OK. Then why did she resign? That is a good example of her weakness as a leader. If she was unable to hit back straight away against her own treatment, how is she going to give justice to my family?
Mr. Fahour and Ms Holgate’s resignations must be fully investigated as there is always something smelling behind the abrupt and sudden resignations.

The Honourable Senators and the Hon Members of Parliament,
The following is my latest update on my petition to Ms Holgate posted just a while ago on 2 May 2021. I hope you all will take notice that the corruption and crimes cover ups have no place in Australia Post and also in the Parliament House. This is happening for the past almost fifteen years in Australia Post and the matter is not resolved. Anyone that has soft corner for Ms Holgate needs to understand that her silence on corruption and crimes cover ups is unacceptable and this new story about the Cartier watches she gifted to four employees of Australia Post linked to her resignation is fundamentally flawed and outright fake. This story is media fabrication and they did the same with Mr Fahour by linking his resignation to his 5.6 million remunerations. That was a fake news as well.
It is time for you all to do your jobs with absolute honesty and integrity as the lost trust in the politicians has gone down to the alarming levels.
I will fight for getting a voice just like that is given to Ms Holgate. I want to address both houses of Parliament to speak about this unprecedented corruption and crimes cover up story in the history of Australia Post and also Australia. The fight for eradicating corruption in our country will never ever stop which please keep in mind.
I hope you will take notice that my family has suffered from 16 June 2006 and the cover ups are not ending.
Respect cannot be bought. It has to be earned. Some of the Senators behaving like Ms Holgate’s Private agents to protect her is abuse of authority and power is my view. More on that little later.
Ms Holgate has not done her job to bring the wrongdoers in Australia Post to account. The number of wrongdoers is high. She even relied on some of them to protect her is highly likely.

This is the end of my letter to the politicians dated 2 May 2021.
Dear Supporters,
The truth will eventually come out. Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour have questions to answer regarding what was their benefit to protect the wrongdoers in Australia Post? What compelled them to resign? Who was advising them to cover up my ID THEFT matters if that is the case?
If Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate had shown courage to fight corruption in Australia Post and in Australia as a whole, they could have got unprecedented support from the people of this nation who are fed up that no matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed.
Both of them did not care about my family but allegedly protected the wrongdoers during the entire period they were in the office. That period adds to TEN years. This conduct violated even the very basic standards about how Australia Post must operate. Then they left and everyone in the media, Australia Post and in the Parliament House are silent on the cover ups they ignored.
The time will come for them to answer my questions. I will put those basic questions to them publicly and let us see if they respond.
I request everyone reading my update to share it with as many others as possible. I request new people reading it to sign my petition and please show your support.
