Dear Valued Supporters,

Mr. Rodney Boys was appointed as the Acting CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post on 22 October 2020 after Ms Christine Holgate was stood down. Ms Holgate then resigned on 2 November 2021. Mr Boys is contacted by me many times. He has never responded to my serious concerns on number of matters that have remained unresolved from June 2006.

He is obviously reluctant to address corruption and crimes cover ups that continued under his three predecessors. Below is my email to him dated 15 January 2021 that I am sharing with you today. He was Chief Financial Officer under Ms Holgate’s leadership. This means he is expected to know how much money is being spent on my Identity theft cover ups.

He is expected to have access to all the expenses incurred to cover up corruption and crimes by number of Australia Post officials from June 2006. His silence is not acceptable because he was not the employee of Australia Post while the corruption and cover ups continued under the leaderships of his three predecessors until May 2019.

The following Bio of Mr Boys shows that he joined Australia Post in May 2019. For the past two years he is managing Australia Post’s finances. I have no doubt that he may have realised the reckless spending to cover ups corruption and crimes in my ID theft cover ups is ongoing but he has no courage to expose those wrongdoings. He did not initiate those expenses to protect the wrongdoers but he is now responsible to adhere to his expected ethical standards and tell me the truth. He has failed to respond to my letters sent in the mail including many documents, emails and evidence of wrongdoings and unacceptable gross misconduct of many Australia Post officials including his three predecessors.

Just because he is in the Acting role of CEO and MD it does not give him any concessions to cover up corruption and crimes identified by Australia Post’s own employees to start with.

Mr. Boy’s brief BIO as published by Australia Post:

“Rodney joined Australia Post as Group Chief Financial Officer in May 2019 after more than 25 years with Wesfarmers and a number of Wesfarmers Group subsidiaries in several Australian states and the United Kingdom.

Over the last 15 years, Rodney held a range of executive leadership positions in Bunnings. This included the executive responsible for overseeing Information Technology, Supply Chain and Chief Financial Officer for 3 years.

Rodney’s deep financial expertise is matched by his broad experience across a range of industry sectors and in managing complex Information Technology and Supply Chain transformations.”

It will be very easy for Mr Boys to put together how much of Taxpayers’ money was used to cover up corruption and crimes, what amount of time, resources, administrative costs, legal costs, travel costs, FOI determinations costs over a FIFTEEN-year period was used by number of Australia Post officials to hide the truth from my family. Many Australia Post officials have allegedly run away after I did not give up to fight for truth and justice.

If Mr. Boys continues to engage in allegedly protecting numerous Australia Post officials, then he will become one of them and this cover up will stick to his name for ever is my view.

The following is my email to Mr Boys. This was dated 15 January 2021. FOUR months have passed but he did not respond. There are many others as well prior to this one that he failed to respond to.

Why is Mr. Boys violating Australia Post’s own rules, moral and ethical responsibilities and crimes reporting and addressing obligations where my family is the victim from June 2006? What is his benefit? Which criminals he wants to protect?

Now please read my following email to him. He did not care to respond.

Dear Mr. Boys,

This is to inform you that I have written many emails to you and letters were also sent by the Express Post. The records show that the Express Post letters were delivered.

I have included the above note in Red colour to alert others in case this email ends up with the people with delegated authority to receive my email to you.

In the past my email to Ms Holgate ended up with Mr Andrew Ballantyne. Ms Holgate did not respond and Mr Ballantyne did not respond as well.  Also, my call to your number was picked up by Mr Ballantyne not long ago and despite talking to him for around 25 minutes and asking him to pass on my concerns to you no response is received to that call from you as well.

The following is my Petition to Ms Christine Holgate who resigned on 2 November 2020. As you have now been appointed in the acting role in her position, my petition and most of the updates are provided below. The links are provided to the updates to make it easy for you to pick and choose the update that you want to look at as a priority. I request you to read the entire material because that will give you a fair idea of all the wrongdoings of number of people inside and also outside of Australia Post.

This unresolved matter needs a resolution process put in place immediately.

My request to you is simple. Please do not follow the wrong path taken by your three predecessors. They are:

1.      Mr Graeme T. John

2.      Mr Ahmed Fahour and

3.      Ms Christine Holgate.

My petition is now signed and supported by 22, 970 people and marching towards 23,000 supporters. These are the people from every corner of Australia. They can see the injustice, corruption, deception, fabrications, unlawful activities, silence on this matter, highest-level dishonesty and corruption all along.

Do you want to become the FOURTH Australia Post CEO and MD to keep this matter unresolved?

Please do not waste any more time and please respond to my letters to you immediately.

If you come to Sydney, I am ready to see you with prior arrangements as I work away from our home in Sydney and come home on the weekends.

Any Monday or Friday will suit me because then I can take some time off from work and stay in Sydney to see you.

The preferred venue is the Alexandria Delivery Facility located in Ralph Street, Alexandria. The photo of that place is my Petition photo where it all started.

My fight for justice has not stopped from June 2006 and will never stop until the truth and the REAL documents involved are released to me. Certified REAL Documents will be accepted at this point in time.

The longer you keep it covered up the worse may it get for you and your other employees that are covering up the truth is my view. Copies of updates are regularly sent to many elected representatives. They know about this unresolved matter for number of years even before Ms Holgate was appointed.

The unacceptable cover ups have no place in our democracy. I hope you know that very well. Please do not use people with lost values to brief you. The best thing for you will be to talk with me directly.  

I am sure you are aware that the FAKE NEWS of the media that Ms Holgate resigned because she gave four Cartier Watches as gifts to four of her fellow employees has no strength at all. Not a single media has challenged my claim that it was a FAKE NEWS.

They have not given me a voice so far despite knowing the cover ups for many years. I did not stop just because media does not help and the politicians do not help.

The unacceptable conduct of many politicians is also documented.  

I must inform you that your former Lawyer Ms Lucy Tehan wanted to come to my home with one of the two of your top officials. After careful consideration and in her letter to me sent as PDF by email failing to arrive in the surface mail the trust was lost. Ms Tehan indicated that the original was in the mail. That never arrived.

That letter was further requested again to Ms Lia Tomaras for sending in the mail but she did not respond.

I am requesting a meeting with you to get the resolution process started.

Please do not neglect my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture is my request to you even if you have decided to quit your job with Australia Post in the future.

The lost trust in the media and the politicians is LESS damaging than the lost trust in AUSTRALIA POST. I hope you are fully aware of that. People of this nation rely on your honesty, integrity, values, ethical standards and openness more than that of the media and the politicians because they own Australia Post.

Please find out the money spent by Australia Post officials to cover up this matter. The cost involved must include the resources, legal expenses, travel, creation and supply of fabricated documents, manpower, FOI responses preparation costs etc. etc. over fourteen and half years.

Please do not risk compromising your reputation, credibility, honesty, integrity, values and standing in the society for protecting wrongdoers covering up corruption and crimes. These cover ups were initiated by Australia Post officials back from 16 June 2006.

The following is my petition to Ms Holgate. She ignored me all along despite regularly sending my updates and the growing support to her.

Dear Supporters,

There were other numerous update links provided to Mr Boys. He did not respond. He is the fourth CEO and MD of Australia Post that is allegedly protecting the wrongdoers.

My petition is now signed and supported by 28,522 people from across Australia. I thank each one of them for that support and all those that have made many excellent comments in my support.

Please keep sharing, supporting and requesting many others to sign and comment as well.

I am ready to answer any reasonable questions that my supporters may have.

This fight for justice has exposed systemic documented corruption and cover ups outside of Australia Post as well including the toxic culture in the Parliament House.

Ms Holgate has now found another job. This means she does not want to go back to Australia Post.

I hope she will wake up and tell me the truth about her silence on this matter. No matter where she goes and how much she earns this matter will not go away until the TRUTH is revealed.
