The following note is for those that are new to this petition.
My identity is used on Indonesian Passport to commit crimes using Australia Post services. This fraudulently obtained passport was used as a photo ID to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in the heart of Sydney City by filling a Redirection of Mail application form. My imposter told Australia Post that I was changing my home and successfully got a six months’ free redirection of mail service activated without any problems back in June 2006.
This fraudulent activity was identified by Australia Post official because there was an envelope addressed to me. The problem with this envelope was it had a wrong house number 38 that does not exist in Randolph Street, Rosebery because the houses end at No.21. The Postman took this envelope back to his supervisor and said “No such address”. This envelope had a cheque inside that was planned to end up in the PO Box on my name. The PO Box was successfully opened using that Indonesian Passport as a Photo ID as well.
The rest is the unprecedented real-life story to get the truth out by me and all the efforts to keep corruption and truth covered up by numerous authorities, people, politicians, NSW and Federal police, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, Commonwealth Ombudsman, Attorney Generals, Ministers for Communications, NSW Information and Privacy Commission, Prime Ministers and Police Commissioners, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal and numerous people in Australia Post.
Fortunately, my efforts to get the truth out are extensively documented. No one in the media wants to come near this REAL-LIFE story despite they are all aware of this as I have contacted numerous journalists, ABC, TV programmes, SMH, Daily Telegraph, the Guardian and others over the years.
In our Parliamentary democracy the Local Federal Member of Parliament is responsible to help and assist the constituents in every respect possible.
My fight for justice is known to the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP-Member for Kingsford Smith electorate since he was the Senator for NSW. I never stopped writing to him because he is aware that injustice on my family is documented. He is aware that this fight is ongoing and has never stopped from June 2006. He is aware that my petition to Ms Holgate is signed and supported by over 28,000 people from across Australia.
He is aware that it is his job to help my family to get justice and the very basic starting point was to ask questions to Australia Post’s MD and Group CEO about why this matter has remained unresolved. What are they going to do about the documented corruption and crimes cover ups that are not ending and why Australia Post is hiding the documents involved in the criminal activities from my family where my name was used on the documents to commit crimes?
Mr. Thistlethwaite has legal qualifications and he is expected to know how many breaches of Australian Laws have taken place and continue to take place. He failed to ask any questions to Mr. Ahmed Fahour and after him Ms Christine Holgate about these unresolved matters. He failed to raise this matter in the Senate while he was the Senator for NSW. He is failing to raise this matter in the House of Representatives despite my numerous requests to him to do so. He failed to ask a single question to the Ministers for Communications and Ministers for Finance who are the portfolio Ministers responsible for Australia Post.
This matter has continued to remain unresolved under the Labor Government in the past and now under the Liberal and National Party government.
Ms Holgate has allegedly linked her resignation to Cartier Watches she gifted, which in her view will not pass a pub test. This baseless link has now backfired because she wanted her job back after resigning. She used the voice given to her by many Senators to blame everyone else for her resignation. Who told her to resign?
The Prime Minister of Australia has no authority to either appoint or terminate the CEO of Australia Post. That is the job of the Board of Australia Post. Why she resigned with “Immediate Effect”?
Ms Holgate has now taken a new job as per the widely publicised reports. She wanted the Chair of Australia Post to go for her going back to Australia Post job when that offer was not even considered irrespective of whether the Chair Mr Lucio Di Bartolomeo will stay or go.
All that went on in the Senate has only exposed Ms Holgate and many Senators supporting Ms Holgate as well because they are aware of my concerns about Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and many others in Australia Post for a very long time. Just like Ms Holgate has taken the wrong path of remaining silent on corruption and crimes cover ups the Senators are no different. They feed on Taxpayers’ money and many of them remained silent on documented corruption and crimes cover ups in my ID theft matters.
Mr. Thistlethwaite gets paid to represent his constituents in the Parliament. I am his constituent. His Leader, the Hon Anthony Albanese MP, is concerned that Federal ICAC is still not established. Mr. Albanese has not responded to my concerns about Mr Thistlethwaite and has failed to show any leadership to take on the government for protecting Australia Post.
The Prime Minister and numerous others from many sides of politics, including Labor, were vocal about how it was unacceptable for Ms Holgate to spend $19950 on Cartier watches but are completely silent on how much of taxpayers’ money is spent by Australia Post officials to cover up corruption and crimes over a fifteen-year period in my ID theft cover up matter. WHY?
The golden opportunity for Mr. Thistlethwaite to show his honesty, integrity and values has been missed by him time and time again by not raising this matter in the Parliament.
When I get an opportunity, I will share his baseless letter to me asking me to go to numerous places to get a resolution despite knowing that many of those places have become part of the cover ups.
The lost trust in the politicians is contributing to lost trust in the democracy. They get paid to protect and uphold the democratic values. How many are failing to do their jobs?
The toxic culture in the Parliament House and the toxic culture in Australia Post is a matter of serious concerns because this unacceptable culture may not have come to my attention if I did not write to many in the parliament house on an ongoing basis.
I have a letter addressed to me with the forged signature of the former Shadow Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection who went on to become the Minister for Justice. He is the Hon Michael Keenan. He quit politics but did not respond to my numerous letters seeking help about his forged signature. The portfolio of Minister for Justice is abolished by the government.
I have a letter addressed to me signed by Ms Peta Credlin who was the Chief of Staff of the former Leader of the Opposition the Hon Tony Abbott who later became the Prime Minister. That letter appears to be fraudulent but no one responds about it when questioned including Ms Credlin.
Why the corruption needs to be covered up? Why Ms Holgate resigned? Why Mr Fahour resigned? There are many others in Australia Post also resigned their long term and highly paid jobs.
Dear Supporters, please help my family to get justice. We are not going to get any Federal ICAC with teeth because the very first people that may come under scrutiny are the politicians themselves is my view.
If the Labor Leader Mr Albanese wants a Federal ICAC he needs to look at the people in his own party first that are avoiding to talk about the corruption and cover ups and failing to raise this matter in the parliament where wide spread dishonesty, falsification of records, forged signatures, criminal conduct, silence on corruption and crimes cover ups is all documented.
The job of Labor is to hold the government to account. They are silent on the unacceptable conduct of many in the government. Why?
No matter who is in the government the corruption is not curbed. Mr Thistlethwaite has been protected and shielded by many others in Labor as they are not ready to hold him to account for failing to do his job.
I thank my 28,290 supporters for their help and support and for signing my petition. I need help from every concerned citizen and resident of Australia to fight corruption in our country. We, together, can make a change if we unite to make our country corruption free.
This one single ID theft cover up matter has exposed numerous high-ranking people for abusing their powers and authorities. They have exposed themselves as morally bankrupt people with lost values, lost integrity and no respect for the laws of Australia.
Covering up crimes is also a crime. All Australia Post officials, past and present, that have played part in the cover ups are wrongdoers and may pay a very high price for the cover ups is my view.
The time has come for the people of Australia to stand up and denounce any corruption with one voice. My efforts to get justice and hold the big names in our country, that have played any part in the alleged cover ups, to account will never stop.
No one in Australia Post, that was contacted by me, wants to tell me if the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on the letter to my then solicitor is genuine or a forgery. This includes Ms Holgate.
The ordinary people of our country have had enough and the People Power must be used to say enough is enough.
