Dear Valued Supporters,
Ms Holgate has been given a voice in the Senate where she is blaming others for her resignation. If she believes she had done nothing wrong then what was the need for a resignation with IMMEDIATE EFFECT? Why she did not want the payout of $700,000 after she resigned? She was entitled for this payout as per the reports widely published.
Ms Holgate’s treatment by the Board of Australia Post, the Chair of Australia Post, the Prime Minister and the Communications Minister is under the spotlight and we will wait and see the outcome of what actually went on behind the scenes.
Below is my email dated 18 October 2020 to Ms Holgate. This is a black and white evidence of my letter to Ms Holgate that she ignored. The link below is the evidence that on 22 October 2020, which is a period of just FOUR days after my letter to Ms Holgate that was also copied to many politicians, there was an outrage in the Parliament by the Minister for Communications the Hon Paul Fletcher MP and also our PM the Hon Scott Morrison MP about the purchase of Cartier watches by Ms Holgate for gifting to four employees of Australia Post back in 2018. There was no mention that it was two years ago in the parliament. This reaction of the Minister for Communications and also the Prime Minister was disproportionate in every respect and that is the view of millions of people in our country. If there was so much outrage, anger and disappointment about Ms Holgate’s alleged unacceptable use of taxpayers’ money to give gifts worth $20,000 to already highly remunerated four executives, why there is no similar outrage and investigation about Australia Post officials spending money to cover up corruption and crimes for the past almost FIFTEEN years? Why there is no investigation to find out the truth behind the cover ups? Why no one is ready to find out how much money, resources and time was spent by Australia Post officials to cover up corruption and crimes that they identified and then reported to me only to cover them up two days later from 16 JUNE 2006? Why the cover up? Who was caught? Who obtained Indonesian passport on my name for using it as a PHOTO ID to redirect our mail to a PO Box in Haymarket that was also opened on my name using that passport?
Numerous politicians, including successive Prime Ministers, the successive Ministers for Communications and the successive Attorney-Generals are aware of my fight for justice and against the unacceptable cover ups by numerous Australia Post officials about the truth behind my Identity theft cover ups.
The fact is, successive governments have failed to act on this matter where I am after the truth and documents that Australia Post officials are hiding from my family. My letter below to Ms Holgate is asking her to provide just the very basic important documents to me to get the resolution underway. She failed to act, failed to give me a meeting, failed to give me a voice, failed to respond to my letters, faxes, emails, phone calls all along. Then she resigned despite her standing down was unlawful according to her.
Ms Holgate’s all the excuses for her resignation do not hold any water. She was allegedly sitting on documented corruption and crimes cover ups by numerous Australia Post officials including her two predecessors Mr Ahmed Fahour and Mr Graeme T. John. She still has no courage to hold anyone to account for this corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG officials back in June 2006.
Those who are very supportive of Ms Holgate probably have no idea that she has allegedly abused her powers and authority. Her unacceptable conduct of remaining silent on my numerous requests to see me and listen to me is documented. She failed to show leadership and failed to act on the matters that are unresolved from June 2006. These matters are in the public interest because close to a million people in our country alone are the victims of Identity theft each and every year.
Now she intends to take legal action for her treatment by the Chair of Australia Post Mr. Lucio Di Bartolomeo and even the Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP. Why did she then decide to forgo $700,000 she was entitled to as her payout after her resignation? Ms. Holgate’s story is not adding up at all. She is giving away $700,000 to the government that humiliated her. Why? She could have given it to charity if she wanted to or keep it for paying her lawyers. She has enough money to live comfortably for life without earning even a cent by doing jobs is my view. To spend money for lawyers and legal experts is not going to affect her much at all with the hope of successfully claiming millions of dollars via legal action that will cost taxpayers if she wins. Has she breached the laws of Australia while protecting the wrongdoers in Australia Post?
Ms Holgate’s bad treatment by the powerful people is unacceptable but what do these powerful people know about her alleged dark side? Her resignation with IMMEDIATE EFFECT fails to explain the true reasons for that action. This is my view. She had countless opportunities to resolve the matter of my ID theft cover ups but she probably was under the impression that she will get away because there are many others that were protecting Australia Post from 2006 and that is still the case. She is benefitted by the silence of allegedly morally bankrupt people. They are everywhere and they feed on taxpayers’ money and keep their jobs in the Parliament House and other places no matter who is in the government.
Ms Holgate has failed to adhere to Australia Post’s own Ethical Standards. She failed to practice what she preached. She failed to respond to my letters to her as the Principal Officer for the Public Interest Discloser Act 2013. She failed to hold the “Authorised Officers” for the Whistleblowers to account.
She then became suicidal as per her own admission. This mental health issue concerns me a lot because her predecessor Mr Ahmed Fahour and his team hide the death of Mr Bob Croxford from me. Mr. Croxford was my contact person. The cause of his death is suicide. Ms Holgate needs to find out how many others covering up corruption and crimes in this matter have suffered and have developed mental health issues like her especially when the cover ups have continued and not stopping.
MS. Holgate dismally failed as the leader. Some of her inner circle people in Australia Post HQ were also Mr Fahour’s inner circle people. These inner circle people were allegedly part of the cover ups in my ID theft matters.
They tried to shield Mr Fahour and then Ms Holgate thereby protecting themselves. Mr Fahour abruptly resigned and the fake news of linking his resignation to his $5.6 Million remuneration spread like a wild fire. No media wants to investigate the true reasons why Mr Fahour resigned despite the knowledge of my concerns against his alleged unacceptable conduct on these unresolved matters.
My solicitor received a baseless letter with a false date and no reference number with a suspected forged signature of Mr Paul Gardner in response to his letter to the investigator Mr Don Kane of Australia Post CSG at the time. Ms Holgate does not even want to tell me if that signature is genuine one or it is a forgery. What is she trying to hide? If that signature is a forgery, then Ms Holgate is allegedly covering up crimes. Why is she silent on the unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials? Who is telling her to cover up corruption and crimes? Who are her advisors? Does she have a legal advice to remain silent on corruption and crimes cover ups? There are many questions that she is failing to answer.
Ms. Holgate’s inability to lead Australia Post with honesty, integrity and values was exposed when she remained silent on my numerous letters with documented corruption and crimes cover ups sent to her. What was the reason for her silence? Which criminals was she allegedly protecting? Why she violated her own ethical standards?
I challenge Ms Holgate to come clean right now and say “SORRY” first to my family for sitting on the documented corruption and crimes cover ups for the entire three years she held the position of Group CEO and MD at Australia Post. Senator the Hon Pauline Hanson wants Ms Holgate to get her job back while remaining silent on my many letters to her with my serious concerns about Ms Holgate. What is going on here? Why is she protecting Ms Holgate and has become her mouth piece in the Senate?
The Senate committee investigating the Cartier watches gifted by Ms Holgate to her fellow employees and her treatment that followed is now under the dark cloud.
Many Senators on this committee are aware of my concerns about Ms Holgate, Mr. Fahour and numerous others. These are the same Senators now allegedly using the Senate to act like Ms Holgate’s private agents doing work for her by allegedly abusing their authority. These same Senators have ignored all my letters to them with serious concerns about Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour.
These Senators include but are not limited to Senator the Hon Kimberley Kitching, Senator the Hon Pauline Hanson, Senator the Hon Sarah Hanson-young and Senator the Hon Kim Carr. The documentary evidence will be shared with the people of this nation in due course as these Senators have failed to question Ms Holgate on my allegations against Australia Post’s corruption and crimes cover ups. Their silence on Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups is unacceptable. On one hand they are trying to protect and help Ms Holgate by giving her a voice with Parliamentary privilege and on the other they are silent on Ms Holgate’s unacceptable silence on corruption and crimes cover ups by numerous Australia Post officials in my matters that are ongoing for the past almost fifteen years.
They want to support Ms Holgate as the victim of bad treatment but have consistently ignored my concerns about Ms Holgate and her team and Mr. Fahour and his team. They have ignored my family despite we are the victims of corruption and crimes cover ups from June 2006. Ms Holgate has failed to show leadership all along and that has protected all the wrongdoers in Australia Post involved in the cover ups. Many have now left their lucrative jobs at Australia Post just like Ms Holgate but many are still hanging onto their lucrative Australia Post jobs. Ms Holgate wants her job back if the Chair Mr. Lucio Di Bartolomeo is removed from office by the government.
Cartier watches linked to Ms Holgate’s resignation is a Media beat up, media dishonesty and media fabrication. The same media beating the drums on Cartier watches story is completely silent on my numerous letters to them. These letters to the media will also be shared as the time goes and if the matter remains unresolved.
My following letter to Ms Holgate was also sent as BCC to some media as well. They remained silent because they want their FAKE STORY about Cartier watches to remain intact and unchallenged.

The following is my latest update dated 17 October 2020 of my Petition to you with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” on Change.org platform. It is self-explanatory. You have failed to address this serious unresolved matter since I first contacted you. Your numerous officials, past and present, are fully aware of the envelope addressed me with a cheque inside on my name that was before Mr Steve Gabell of ADF. Ms Roslyn of ADF also knew about this envelope. Mr Don Kane-Investigator CSG NSW tried to hide the fact that this envelope was the reason this fraud/crime was identified as there is no 38-number house in the Randolph Street, Rosebery, NSW 2018. The postman took it back to Mr Gabell saying “No such address”. The rest is the story of cover ups after cover ups that you have been told time and again by me. Your failure to respond to my letters, faxes. emails, phone calls, requests for a meeting and the regularly sent updates as the one below is of extremely serious concerns to me.
Why the envelope address to me is hidden from me and my family from June 2006? Is it not my mail, despite the incorrect house number 38 on it, especially when I am the only person in whole of Australia with this name from 1985 without any exceptions? Is it criminal to hide this mail addressed to me from me? Why are you protecting the wrongdoers within Australia Post? What is your benefit? Who are the criminals/fraudsters that need to be protected? What is the benefit of all those that started the cover ups? What about Mr Alan Barwick JP that certified the fabricated documents? He was the boss of Mr Don Kane at the time. He was the State Manager CSG NSW. What was his role and what was his responsibility to tell us the truth?
I request you to provide me the copies of the front and back of the following documents immediately to start the process of resolution.
1. Envelope addressed to Vasant Wagh that the postman took back and handed over to Mr Steve Gabell.
2. The cheque that was inside this envelope.
3. All the other documents inside this envelope.
4. The REAL Application to Redirect Mail form with my name and 38 Randolph Street, Rosebery, NSW 2018 as my address.
5. The REAL PO Box application form.
6. The Mobile telephone number that Mr Steve Gabell called that was on the REAL Application to Redirect Mail form as in the point 4 above.
I also need to know why are you and numerous others including Mr Paul Gardner are failing to tell me if the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on the letter received by my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & Associates is a genuine signature or a forgery. The image of that letter is provided below with my comments and was sent to Mr Don Kane back on 1 June 2012. He did not respond. At that time the signature of Mr Gardner was not suspected as a forgery by me but that is not the case now. Numerous of your other officials are also silent on the question of authenticity of this signature and have failed to respond including Ms Christine Corbett who has now left her 27 years job with Australia Post. She was on 1.5 Million remuneration and baselessly denied any corruption and crimes cover ups. Will you investigate her silence and conduct?
Your immediate response is warranted because this matter needs a prompt resolution process put in place by you because others have dismally failed to act and do anything about this unresolved matter to proceed towards a resolution.
I also remind you that the permission you gave to Ms Nicole Sheffield to work at ABC is questionable. That is also a fault of ABC Chair Ms Ita Buttrose is my view.
My letter to ABC in that regard has not received a response.
You have a chance to correct your side regarding this appointment. Ms Sheffield had direct links to News Ltd in the past and you may be aware that a petition by the former PM the Hon Kevin Rudd to hold News Ltd to account attracted 280 000 signatures in matter of days. I have serious concerns that Mr Rudd, when given the opportunity, did not act on my concerns with Australia Post where the declining standards of democracy were put before him by me just before he quit politics. I have cancelled my subscription to Daily Telegraph in protest as they would not answer my letters despite being their loyal subscriber. They are in my view not independent and impartial and they may suffer in the long run as we, the ordinary people, are fed up of the biased journalism.

All the hype generated by the media about Ms Holgate and how she is speaking out now and how she is supported by some politicians and given a platform and immunity in the senate deserves exposing.
The same media that is expected to be independent and impartial is avoiding to even mention my petition anywhere despite it is now signed and supported by 27,793 people from across Australia.
The bias of the media is bad for our democracy. Without even the slightest help from any politician, media or even my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP of Labor party my support is growing and the people around Australia want to know the truth.
There was no shortage of people from many sides of politics condemning Ms Holgate and demanding answers from her and expecting her to resign on Cartier Watches FAKE Story. The same politicians have no courage to ask why Ms Holgate failed to address corruption and crimes cover ups for the entire period of three years in office in relation to the matter of my ID theft cover ups. Where are the ethical standards gone of our numerous Members of Parliament, Ministers and Senators? They failed to hold Mr Fahour to account as well.
Why are these rich people getting special treatment by our politicians despite knowing their failures to address corruption and crimes? Why Australia Post officials covering up corruption and crimes are not investigated when they are working for a Government Business Enterprise-GBE?
There are many people that are aware of my fight for justice in PM & C, Attorney General’s Department, Department of Communications and Department of Home Affairs including the successive Ministers for these portfolios. The toxic culture in the Parliament House that is covering up toxic culture in Australia Post is unacceptable and that culture deserves exposing. For far too long our Parliament House, that needs to be a symbol of excellent Democracy is failing to protect the democracy in our country. Our democracy is getting hit with a wrecking ball all the time. How could we remain silent? There is no way our politicians should be allowed to remain silent on documented corruption and cover ups. Holding them to account is our job. The politicians should never be allowed to abuse their privileged positions. They get paid to do their jobs of representing the people of this nation.
In my case no one has come forward to hold Australia Post to account and all those that are protecting Australia Post to account as well.
Fighting corruption is our right and the time will come for Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and numerous others in Australia Post and also in the Parliament House to put their heads down in shame for ruining our lives to allegedly protecting criminals. My fight for justice is known to numerous people but not a single person is Australia Post and the Parliament House is blowing the whistle. This is the failure of the PID Act 2013 because I have experienced that many corrupt people were made “Authorised Officers” to take information from the whistleblowers to cover ups corruption within Australia Post by the CEOs of Australia Post to allegedly protecting themselves.
The people with lost values and morals in the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman will be named with documentary evidence of these people protecting Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups including the Commonwealth Ombudsman themselves. It is time to question the revolving door of the Commonwealth Ombudsman. Previous four have failed to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values. I have the evidence. These four are named below.

They do not tell us that they will cover ups corruption and crimes if the big names are involved. They do not tell you that they will close the files if corruption is very well documented and too many people have engaged in the corruption. They will tell you about the long backlog if the matter is serious and they will wear you down to see if you give up.
These people feed on taxpayers’ money and that amount runs in millions. The democracy has become dysfunctional and it is time to expose those that wear integrity masks. Dr. James Popple is one of them. Nothing happens to him despite his criminal misconduct in my matters is documented and known to many politicians. He protected Australia Post while he was the FOI Commissioner. He contributed to destroy democracy in our country and still keeps getting new jobs paid by the taxpayers. He has failed to come clean despite my many letters to him to come clean.
The bad and TOXIC culture in the Parliament House is affecting us all.
When will our PM the Hon Scott Morrison MP give me a voice? Where is the Leader of the Opposition gone? He is the Hon Anthony Albanese MP. He has dismally failed to respond to my letters and thereby he is protecting my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. Both are failing to do their jobs for which they get paid for. Mr. Thistlethwaite’s job is to represent my family in the Parliament but he is failing to do that from 2012. He was the Senator for NSW at that time. Now he is the Member for Kingsford Smith electorate. The Hon Peter Garrett was holding that seat previously. Mr Garrett quit politics after failing to address Australia Post’s corruption and the criminal misconduct of the Senior Assistant Ombudsman. My letter to him with the serious concerns was sitting in his tray for SIX MONTHS and then he quit politics and then went back to start his Midnight Oil band. Mr Albanese’s job is to hold the government to account for failing to act on this matter. He is no different to his many predecessors.
I will share my experiences with Mr Thistlethwaite shortly with documentary evidence. He may be a very honest family man but he needs to be a very honest MP as well. His failure to represent me and my family in the Federal Parliament is unacceptable after all the corruption and covers ups are very well known to him from 2012.
I thank my 27,793 supporters from every corner of Australia for their unconditional support to get the truth out and for getting justice. Please keep supporting and please keep sharing this real-life story of fighting corruption non-stop for fifteen years.

The unacceptable hypocrisy of Senator the Hon. Kimberley Kitching by asking about Cartier watches to Ms Holgate and then donning a white Jacket while asking questions in the Senate as a Committee Member in a subdued manner is worth exposing. She failed to respond to my many letters as well to give me a voice.
Senator Kitching even wrote an opinion piece on Ms Holgate in Herald Sun and then failed to respond to my letter questioning that opinion piece. No honesty, no integrity and no values at all.

I hope Ms Holgate will show courage and strength to expose corruption and help my family to get justice.

I request the Hon Prime Minister Scott Morrison to listen to me because this unprecedented matter has given me the opportunity to make a REAL change. The foundation to make our country corruption free with the help of the people of this nation is already laid over a FIFTEEN-year period. That foundation is rock solid and has now become unbreakable. If the Prime Minister ignores me like Ms. Holgate, he could be in the same boat like Ms Holgate very soon is my view. He has failed to respond to my letters as well.
I have done nothing wrong in the country that I have made home and Ms Holgate has done numerous things wrong in the country that she has made her home and time has come to prove this in the Parliament House. Where are you Senators? Where are you Ministers? Where are you Members of Parliament and where are you the Hon PM?
Until I get the voice like Ms Holgate, which is my right, this fight for justice will continue.
The politicians that do not want to fight corruption in our country must get out and not put their hands up to get elected at the next election is my suggestion. Enough is enough.
Mr Rodney Boys-Acting CEO of Australia Post will be exposed for keeping this matter covered up as well. I have given him enough time to act but he remains silent. He is expected to know how much money was spent by Australia Post to cover up corruption and crimes. One day he will regret his silence is my view.
