Dear Valued Supporters,

All the news around Ms. Holgate, her appearance before the Senate Estimates, her evidence, her blaming the Prime Minister and the Chair of Australia Post Mr Lucio Di Bartolomeo and others for her resignation, her humiliation, her bullying, her bad treatment, her suicidal thoughts, her treatment as if she was a criminal, the expenses on hairdos using Australia Post credit card, the Cartier watches she purchased for her fellow employees, the support that she received from numerous people, her engagement of an expert Employment lawyer, leaking of her intended Public Statement about her resignation by the Board members, her bad treatment by the media, her claim that she was treated badly because she is a women etc. have been heard by the people of our country numerous times.

The above points mostly relate to the Cartier watches she gifted and the reaction to that decision from the government, the opposition and the media. Her comment that she was not using Taxpayers’ money and Australia Post is a commercial organisation created all the storm.

What I am seeking from her is very simple. I am expecting her to be honest, moral and ethical. I am expecting her to have courage, strength and desire to resolve a matter with the documented evidence of corruption and crimes cover ups by Australia Post officials. She remained silent all along on whatever was put before her by me is in a documented form.

Mr Holgate’s silence and reluctance to hold the corrupt people to account in my ID theft cover ups need investigations and I will continue and try my best to get those investigations started. This is a Public Interest matter and support of the whole nation can make a real change is my view. This will also help to eradicate corruption in our country.

Many of the Senators asking questions to Ms Holgate in the Senate enquiry, initiated by Senator the Hon Pauline Hanson, have failed to ask any questions about Ms Holgate’s silence on documented corruption and crimes cover ups for number of years.

They all are aware of my fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups even before Ms Holgate became the CEO of Australia Post.

Now, the taxpayers’ money allegedly recklessly spent by Ms Holgate’s predecessor Mr Ahmed Fahour is coming to light. Mr. Fahour sat on the unresolved matter of my ID Theft cover ups for the entire over seven years he was the Group CEO and Managing Director of Australia Post. His abrupt resignation was linked to his 5.6 Million remuneration that was previously kept hidden from the public. That link was baseless, unfounded and deceptive. It was the media that made it up.

Mr Fahour had no courage to tell me that my contact person Mr Bob Croxford has passed away and the cause of the death was suicide. As the CEO it was expected that he will have serious concerns about the cover ups that continued from June 2006. He took over as the CEO and MD of Australia Post in February 2010. He failed to address corruption and crimes cover ups involving numerous Australia Post officials. He failed to help my family and failed to adhere to his own ethical standards. His splashing of Taxpayers’ money never came under the spotlight. His sudden resignation was never investigated. Why not investigate now? He never bothered about the money spent by Australia Post on the matters where the cover ups were initiated by Australia Post officials. He never cared about my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture. He ignored my fight for justice and allowed the matter to remain covered up.

Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour are millionaires is not a secret. Both of them were allegedly protected by many people in the Parliament House including successive Ministers for Communications, successive Prime Ministers, successive Attorney Generals and the bureaucrats in those departments under successive governments.

I have letters to prove that. These are those baseless brush off letters that are on my files from these departments.

If nobody is above the law then why not test it by investigating Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate as a starting point? In my view they have breached not only Australia Post’s rules, service charters, ethical standards, corporate governance, crimes reporting and investigating responsibilities all along but may have breached the laws of our country that they were expected to respect and adhere to. The Whistleblowers may not have any chance to get any traction is highly likely. The so-called “Authorised Officers” to get information from the whistleblowers are found by me as the part of the cover ups. I have identified some of them as breaching the PID Act 2013 and showing complete disrespect to their positions. These officials that I have identified as morally bankrupt were appointed by Mr Fahour and continued by Ms Holgate is very likely. PwC is contracted by Australia Post to take calls from the whistleblowers. They are not doing their jobs properly is my allegation. PwC have no powers to investigate and they do not even want to disclose the names of the Authorised Officers where they are sending the information to from the whistleblowers. This means the same corrupt Authorised Officers will get the information about themselves from the whistleblowers via PwC is very likely. The whole process is allegedly flawed and could expose whistleblowers without them knowing who is acting on the information provided to PwC. Who will test the honesty and integrity of PwC? Why is taxpayers’ money wasted on contracting this job to PwC?

Why not investigate Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour about these appointments of the “Authorised Officers” by them. They were the Principal Officers for the PID Act 2013. Mr Fahour appointed the General Manager of Security & Investigations Mr Scott Staunton as the Authorised Officer despite knowing he is part of the cover ups in my matters.

Which criminals Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate are allegedly protecting? What was their benefit? Who was advising them? Those advisors, if any, probably were not as highly paid as Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate. If there was no one else telling them to cover up this corruption and crimes and it was their own decision to cover up the matter then who will find out why they did it? Time is right to investigate Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate together as they both ignored my requests for help, for a meeting, for telling the truth, for giving me the real documents involved in my ID theft and the motive of the criminals. Why Indonesian passport on my name was even accepted when there is no one else with my name in the whole of Australia from November 1985? Why was I not contacted before starting the mail redirection as per their own rules to verify the Redirection request by sending a letter to the applicant’s address where my name was used on the forms by the criminals.

How could Australia Post even consider the redirection and opening of a PO Box from a House Number 38 in Randolph Street, Rosebery that does not even exist in Randolph Street?

Senator the Honourable Kimberley Kitching, Senator the Honourable Pauline Hanson, Senator the Hon Sarah Hanson-Young were contacted by me numerous times along with many other Senators, Ministers and Members of Parliament for help to get a resolution.  They did not take my requests for help seriously and now they are giving platform to Mr Holgate to raise her concerns about her treatment by Australia Post and those in the Parliament House but not giving me any platform to raise my concerns about Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour and numerous others.

What has happened to our democracy? Are the people with deep pockets above the law? I am ready to answer any questions of any politician but they simply remain silent. No wonder they are losing trust of the people of this nation.

On one hand Ms Holgate is treated badly and she is given the voice and on the other hand I am requesting a voice from June 2006 and I am not given a voice despite we are the victims of crimes. What I may get is brush off responses, if at all they are received. Most of the time no response is received at all to my letters from the Members of Parliament, Senators and Ministers. Examples of many brush off letters are already shared with my supporters with my many previous updates.

This ongoing enquiry has exposed the TOXIC culture in Australia Post and in the Parliament House at the same time. My fight to hold the people to account will never stop until they come clean and reveal the truth about the cover ups. The REAL documents involved in the criminal activities must be released to me because I am entitled to see those and respond accordingly to get a resolution.

Please read my Petition to Ms Holgate and numerous updates that followed to help understand the depth of the cover ups. The documents shared speak volumes. There are numerous other documents that are with Australia Post and they have taken the wrong path of covering up the corruption and crimes. Australia Post has never accepted their wrongdoings despite accepting Indonesian Passport on my name to provide services to the criminals. The cover ups of the truth started in as little as 48 hours from 16 June 2006 and have never ended.

Ms Holgate wants an apology from the Prime Minister and the Chairman of Australia Post for her treatment and for not treating her with respect. She wants the Chair to go. That is all good and also correct but she does not want to apologise to my family where Australia Post started the corruption and crimes cover ups. The number of people involved in the cover ups are many and she does not even want to give me a meeting while she wanted a meeting with the Ministers responsible for Australia Post to hear her. The senators heard all that but the same Senators do not want to hear me.

There are numerous supporters of Ms Holgate and their support is fully justified about the way in which Ms Holgate was treated after the Cartier watch story came to light but they must look at the unacceptable conduct of Ms Holgate of ignoring my request for a meeting and help in resolving the matters that are unresolved from June 2006 to date.

I also have 27,529 supporters and that number will keep rising is my confidence. My supporters also want to know the TRUTH behind the cover ups. Ms Holgate had the opportunity to reveal that truth during the three years she was the Group CEO and MD of Australia Post. She chose to remain silent. 

Australia Post was protected by numerous people from inside and also from the outside of Australia Post and that has still not changed. Ms Holgate allegedly relied on the people in the Parliament House to protect her. She also relied on her own people in Australia Post to help her and protect her from getting exposed.

Those who allegedly helped Ms Holgate and also Mr Fahour started quitting politics and the others that continued to remain in the politics remained silent about the corruption and cover ups that were brought to their attention on an ongoing basis by me.

The number of officials of Australia Post allegedly joining hands to keep the corruption and crimes covered up have grown over the years. Many have quit their long-term jobs with Australia Post. This includes many that were in the inner circle of Ms Holgate and also Mr Ahmed Fahour.

Not a single politician has shown any courage to say enough is enough. Not a single politician is ready to ask any questions to Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and now Mr Rodney Boys as well.

Almost FIFTEEN years of systemic corruption and cover ups to protect criminals and the wrongdoers by covering up the truth behind my Identity theft is UNPRECEDENTED in the history of Australia Post and also Australia.

This cover ups must end. Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour and numerous others in Australia Post deserve to be investigated for their silence.

Ms Holgate may have recovered from her suicidal thoughts but she has ignored to find out the TRUTH behind the SUICIDE of Mr Bob Croxford. He was my contact person. Mr Fahour and his team covered up this suicide from me and my family. He did not appoint another contact person. My letter with comprehensive response to the Flawed Review conducted by Australia Post is marked “NFA” meaning “No Further Action” by the person named Mr Geoff Williams. Mr Fahour allegedly used him to protect himself and others directly in his inner circle at Australia Post Headquarters. They all have left their jobs at Australia Post sometime after Mr Fahour left.

Where are our successive PMs? Where are our successive Ministers for Communications? Where are our successive Minister for Home Affairs? Where are our successive Attorney Generals? Where are our Ministers, Senators and Members of Parliament in successive governments? Why are they silent or quitting politics?

Where is our media? Where is “your ABC”? Where is “A Current Affair? Where is 60 Minutes? Where is “Four Corners”? Where are all those Investigative journalists?

Where are all those HONEST employees of Australia Post gone? Where are the bureaucrats in PM & C, Attorney General’s department and Communications department gone?

This one SINGLE unresolved matter has the potential to clean up our Parliament House and Australia Post simultaneously is my confidence.

What we need is the PEOPLE POWER. Please do not wait until this cancer of corruption goes out of control. There is lot of evidence of the cover ups. Many documents are released under the Freedom of Information Act to me that proves cover ups, criminal misconduct of big names in our country, fabrication of records, tampering, cheating, false JP certifications of documents, breach of ethical standards even by Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour.

The DEMOCRACY in our country has derailed. No one in the Parliament House really cares is my view. They have their White cars, big money to serve the people of this nation and hardly any accountability at all. They have forgotten that they are the servants of the people.

Not a single person in politics has come forward to expose the corruption. Standing down Ms Holgate was considered important for using taxpayers’ money in a way that does not meet “Public Expectations”.

What about Australia Post official using Taxpayers’ money under the leadership of Mr Graeme T. John, Mr Ahmed Fahour, Ms Christine Holgate and now Mr Rodney Boys-Acting CEO to cover ups corruption and crimes for the past almost fifteen years? WILL THAT MEET the “PUBLIC EXPECTATIONS”? WILL THAT PASS THE “PUB TEST”? Will that pass any test?

Not a single politician is ready to ask Australia Post officials how much of the Taxpayers’ money was spent on this ID THEFT cover ups? That investigation will be well within the authority of the portfolio Ministers for Australia Post is my view.

The two former portfolio Ministers for Australia Post have quit politics. They are the Hon Mitch Fifield and the Hon Mathias Cormann. The new ones appointed must not take any risk by following the wrong path taken by them while knowing Australia Post’s wrongdoings. The current Portfolio Ministers are the Hon Paul Fletcher MP-Minister for Communications and Senator the Hon Simon Birmingham Minister for Finance. Senator Birmingham is also the Leader of the government in the Senate.

I request our Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP to give me a voice, respond to my letters that he has failed to respond to and start investigations into Australia Post corruption and cover ups that are not ending. He says “NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW”. Well, then please start from Australia Post to find out how many have breached the laws of our country. We all own Australia Post therefore we have every right to keep it clean and corruption free.

I am confident that this FIFTEEN years of fight for justice will expose corruption in numerous other places as well and the criminally misbehaving people will have nowhere to run.

We, the people of Australia, cannot simply remain silent. Ms Holgate has broken her silence to protect her and expose the people that have allegedly mistreated her by covering up the truth and lying, misleading, fabricating, humiliating, unlawfully standing her down and so on.

I want to hold Ms Holgate to account because Ms Holgate and numerous others including Mr Fahour are allegedly covering up the truth behind the cover ups. They are silent on the suicide of an employee by not making any efforts to find the truth behind this suicide. Filing of my letter to Mr Fahour without a response with NFA written on it was to cover up the corruption and crimes further. Ms Holgate was alerted many times about this letter but she remained silent.

I also challenge Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour to come clean about the cover ups that continued under their leaderships for TEN YEARS.

All the money Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate may have may not come very handy to cover up the truth if some honesty is shown by even few politicians and the honest people in the media.

The evidence against them is very compelling and documented. Ms Holgate can spend lot of money on lawyers but she cannot defend her silence on the alleged forged signature of Mr Paul Gardner on a letter to my solicitor. She has not responded to my numerous requests to tell me about the authenticity of that signature. Please refer to my previous updates for the details.

It is time to expose the big names in our country to get our derailed democracy back on its tracks.

It is important for the government to see that the suicides are not covered up when there is suspicion of the cover ups. I am ready to climb in the witness box anytime to give evidence about my experience with Australia Post and how the FOUR successive CEOs are allegedly trying to cover up corruption and crimes and keeping this matter unresolved.

Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour are in no way innocent people on my files. Mr Rodney Boys is alerted to come clean and tell the people of this nation how much money was spent by Australia Post officials to cover up crimes.

If Mr Boys fails to act and covers up the truth then this unresolved matter will stick to his name for ever. He must consider giving me a meeting and respond to my letters and documents that are with him for a very long time. His silence has contributed to lost trust. His ability to lead Australia Post with honesty, integrity and values is of great concerns to me and my family. Despite being in an Acting role he is fully responsible to act in accordance with the rules governing his employment with Australia Post.

I thank my 27529 strong supporters for their continued help and support. Exposing this Identity theft cover up will benefit our whole nation as those involved should never get away for ruining our lives for the past almost FIFTEEN years. I am ready to answer any questions of my supporters that are to the point and relate to my updates. This fight for justice has prolonged for this long because the morally bankrupt and outright corrupt people were the decision makers. Each one will be named in the future with as much evidence as possible of their lost values. These people are wanted by the successive governments because of their willingness to be corrupt when required to protect the criminals and also the wrongdoers thereby saving the skin of the people in the government. It is a NATIONAL DISGRACE and we all can make a change if we say enough is enough together.

Our PM has the golden opportunity to prove that no one is above the law. The copy of this update will be provided to the Hon Scott Morrison MP and many other politicians to hold the corrupt people to account. Cartier watches FAKE story linking to Ms Holgate’s resignation will be dead in the water very soon. The Senate Committee giving voice to Ms Holgate are requested to note that they have failed to give me a voice. None of them have responded to my letters with serious concerns about Australia Post, Ms Holgate and also Mr Fahour.
